A little mix up with the cleaning crew upon arrival but Host made it right! Great location, amenities and excellent communications. We will stay again!

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay. Communication with the host was instant. The condo was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We will definitely return

Rich was very helpful with any questions we had. Place was very clean and check-in was very easy. Air-conditioning was fantastic during the heat wave. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Rich’s place. Everything was neat and clean. Was a relaxing few days for us and eating fresh lobster just topped it off. Rich was very helpful for my many questions and I would stay there again.

Everything was clean and described accurately. Plenty of supplies for cooking, cleaning, or visiting the beach. My quibbles were the EZ slide bath mats, the lack of bedroom blackout curtains and the (day prior to checkout) request to not just start the wash, but wait around and put the laundry in the dryer.

Another great stay !

This unit is perfect for our family (kids 5&8). It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, excellent location. Rich is extremely responsive, another 5 star trip!

Great location, great unit - Will rebook!

Rich was wonderful to work with - the property is exactly as described. Perfect location to walk downtown and plenty of restaurants in the area for food. The entire building is well maintained and clean.

Amazing stay at Hampton Beach

This was hands down one of the nicest places we've ever spent a week at in Hampton Beach. It was very modern and well equipped where we didn't need to bring as much with us as a usual cottage rental, plus the AC worked great. The beach and several restaurants are only a short walk. Highly recommend it!

Great Stay!

Condo was exactly as advertised and exceptionally clean. When there were any questions, Rich was just a text or email away and always replied super quickly. Would highly recommend this location to anyone lucky enough to visit the area!!
