Coin-operated laundry room for all guests to use.
Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. There is no cable television at the apartment but you are welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. Local news channels can be accessed through the “NewsOn” app.
***There is a strict no pet policy administered by the condo association. Unfortunately, no exceptions are allowed.
***No Parties. We have fantastic neighbors and ask that you respect quite hours.
***No Tobacco, vaping, or any type of smoking on the premises (inside or outside). This is strictly enforced and administered by the condo association.
***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Location, location, location!!! You get the best of both worlds in this cute, little condo! You're both directly on the beach/ocean, and under a 5 min walk to the boardwalk!The unit contained everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony are extremely stunning. The owner was prompt with response to anything we needed! Bonus that the condo had family games and puzzles!Pack beach chairs/umbrella/tent-the sun can be brutal! You have a clear view of fireworks on the beach right from the balcony, a playground is a short 5 min walk as well as COUNTLESS eateries surrounding you!We enjoyed the hands on experience at oceanarium and we absolutely love whale watching on the Al Guron. This location and host were great!

The property is beautiful, everything was in great shape and the views were lovely. Our hosts were wonderful!

We just spent a wonderful week celebrating our 51st anniversary. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures with the best view of the beach and glorious sunrises. The host has provided everything needed for the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

All information about the property was listed out clearly and we had no issues checking in or during our time at this condo. Very easy walking distance to the beach, bars, and to the Seafood Festival. Absolutely beautiful and very clean.

Very clean, beds are comfortable, great balconies(ocean and street side). Very good amenities. Easy access. The sunrise over the sparkling ocean each morning was spectacular! We appreciated the availability of an elevator. Would definitely consider another stay.

Great way to start the summer!
We stayed Memorial Day weekend and had a great time! The property was amazing and being right on the ocean was incredible and so convenient. The condo was very well done and had all that you need. We will definitely book again when in Hampton Beach!
