Beautiful Waterfront Studio Cottage

A charming heritage barn conversion, situated on the beautiful points East Coastal Drive, ocean vistas, amazing sunsets and rolling farmland surround by the red shale cliffs of Eastern PEI. The cottage has everything you need for a great vacation, compact in size with a kitchen/living space (pull out sofa bed), private bedroom and bath with shower. A screened porch for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. Enjoy nearby wineries, craft breweries and delicious lobster suppers. Please note that there is no internet service at this cottage. Enjoy an 'off the grid stay' or enhance your cellular data - the cell signal is quite good.

This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. Canada Stays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy, quiet cottage, listening the sounds of the ocean waves as we relaxed in the screen porch. My kids liked the red sand beach only a few minutes' walk away. The cottage came supplied with everything we needed, and everything was as described in the listing. We would love to visit again!

As a family of four it was a tight, but manageable squeeze. Peaceful, private, clean, close to lots of great spots to explore, beautiful part of PEI.

I would not call this property 'waterfront '. There is a huge field between the property and the water. I could have used a hair dryer and ice tray. But, it is very quiet & private & met most of my needs. Very nicely located. The screened in porch was really nice.

House was very clean and check in process as simple. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Smelled like someome had been smoking weed in there. Other than that home was well kept and as described. Beautiful view of the sunset from the porch!

The cottage offers amazing views of the fields and the ocean, especially when relaxing on the back porch. The location is secluded, peaceful, and just a 10 minute walk from a small beach.We enjoyed using the barbecue and appreciated the opportunity to disconnect without Wi-Fi.The only minor drawbacks were that the cottage felt a little small for a family of three with a young adult, and we found the beds less comfortable than we had hoped.

Got the place at a discount. Clean cottage and beautiful area. Had the basics, including soap, salt/pepper, pans, coffee maker. At night, I looked up and hadn’t seen the stars that way since I was a kid at Keji Park in NS. Beautiful and memorable from that perspective.One thing I had not accounted on was the zero cell service. There are 2 rented properties at the site. The larger house has WIFI, the adjacent cottage we rented does not. Advice to the owners - get a WIFI extender for the little cottage. You even left the wifi name and password in the cottage which was such an unintentional tease. It’s one thing to not have WIFI, it’s another to not have cell coverage (which apparently is a chronic issue in that area of PEI as I’m now learning based on news stories from the area). People in 2026 have a basic need to be connected, even if slow. I wouldn’t return for that reason.

We absolutely loved staying at this cozy cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host was also very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again!

It's a very nice little cottage. It has everything you need. It's in a very quiet location, the nearby beach is beautiful and usually only a few people there. Lots of beaches, lighthouses ans small communities to explore nearby.

Beautiful cabin! Small and quaint with a great view. Was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Was very cozy and the outdoor screened in porch was so nice for sitting outside! The bbq was also great for cooking at home. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful spot.

This was our second stay at Sunset Cabin on PEI (our first being our honeymoon). It was our one year anniversary this time around and staying here once again brought back so many good memories. We plan to make it an annual tradition to return to the island on our anniversary and stay here.

Great place to visit and rest

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful, yet still close to some local stores and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a great vacation.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this rustic and quaint cottage. Luckily we brought an air mattress for our one daughter as the folding couch does not sleep 2.The area was so tranquill and peaceful allowing us to unwind in the lovely enclosed porch after busy site seeing days. I totally recommend this cottage for a place to stay while touring PEI!

Lovely little cottage

Loved the location and privacy! Beautiful beach within walking distance, close to Murray River great food at the Harbourview and quaint little market with everything you might need. Would definitely book again!

This was a huge surprise. The cottage was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, there are few better. Total silence, my wife loved that. Great beach only 2 minutes away. Also recommend Cape Reef Seafood and Smokehouse nearby for fresh oysters and smoked fish. ;

Nice and quiet cottage with all you need. There is no TV, no wifi but there's birds, sea breeze and total peace.There is groceries, gas, within ½ hour drive, a beach at 2 mins drive and at a good price.There's no luxury but all you need is there like stove, fridge, shower, washer and dryer.I would stay here again.

Very quiet and private, good opportunity to chill with no TV or wifi. Comfy bed, nice, hot shower. Kitchen well stocked.A welcome info booklet is always my go to - in order to learn about the accommodation or area and helpful tips. Suggestions:- Board games & playing cards- More landing space as in tables, shelves in kitchen- Enclosed sunroom meant a huge amount of flies. - Barbecue needs maintenance- New toilet seat required- Light over the sink helpful

Cozy Little Cottage

Very Quiet Relaxing place with a nice breeze on hot days to keep you cool. Everything you need Included. The one downside was spotty Internet Connections ...Worked better some days than others.
