Once you enter the home, you're greeted by the expansive main staircase leading up to the main living area. The living room opens up to the second-floor wrap-around balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of white sands and turquoise water. This spacious home has some of the best views on 30A with a newly renovated community pool, private beach access, and space for intimate events! This property is the perfect place to hold wedding receptions (up to 30 guests), family reunions and other small gatherings! Event fee applicable, please call reservations to add. A Wave From It All is also a short walk to the Long Leaf Hiking Trail, a a 19-mile bike path that stretches all along the 30A strip and provides a perfect opportunity to spend an afternoon cruising on the bikes provided to visit the neighboring communities' shops and restaurants.
