The BLUE WHALE sleeps 18 people in 11 individual beds - on the 1st and 3rd floors. No sofa sleepers needed. Open 2nd floor plan living room, kitchen and laundry.

Golfers welcome! House includes access to private golf courses - Greg Norman’s Sharks Tooth CC , Tom Fazio’s Camp Creek Golf Course and the newest course Davis Love’s “The Third (III)” - the best and most exclusive on the panhandle.

We have the largest pool in Sunrise beach, measuring 24' x 12'. Very private and not directly in the sun so the kids can swim after a long day at the sun soaked beach. The pool can be heated for $300 per week.

Relax on the beach- complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are setup for whole week during prime time months. Our beach service sets it up for you every morning and takes it down every night.
The second floor consists of a large great room with adjoining dining room and kitchen. A large dining room table that seats 12 plus 6 stools at the kitchen bar - perfect for everyone to gather for meals or to be together after a day at the beach. Just off the great room is the huge 2nd floor covered porch with plenty of comfortable chairs and a large picnic table to have meals.
The third floor has a open deck with plenty of sun for those that don't like the beach or need to stay at the house.

Three bedrooms and two baths are located on both the first and third floors providing privacy when sharing this beach home with another family. The 2 masters, one on 1st and 3rd floors, have a king bed with a twin bed in the bedroom as well. (Also room for crib or pack-n-play in both masters, not provided by owner.) There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one on 1st and 3rd floors. A bedroom on the 3rd has a full size bed with a set of bunkbeds. And the last bedroom is on 1st floor, it has 2 fullsize beds. Mini-kitchens on first and third floors are convenient for private breakfasts or late night snacks. Two charcoal grills to grill your catch!!

Large porches on all three levels provide the perfect spots to relax in the fragrant gulf breezes as you enjoy the incredible gulf views. Relax beside your large (12-foot by 24-foot), private pool - fenced for your privacy and security - when not on the beach only 25 yards away. The house does not open directly to the pool, you must open a gate to enter pool area. Parking for four cars.
