Family friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that can sleep up to 8. Next to downtown Winter Park. Just a 4 minute drive or shuttle to Winter Park Ski resort. close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. First floor corner unit with a nice balcony off the back. Very nice views. Full kitchen, fire place and TV in all rooms. One bedroom has it's own door from the outside. Great place for a quick get-away or long vacation!

A Total Pleasure!

What a pleasure to show up and not only find the condo as expected, but even better! Beautifully maintained, comfortable, beautiful forest right out the back sliding glass doors. We had everything we needed and was totally comfortable. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend it.

Nice, clean property and glad that it was on shuttle line to slopes but I wish that it had been communicated more obviously that there was only one shuttle per hour to the ski resort. Other than that it was a great condo for our family of 5.

Awesome!

Came for the summer jazz festival. Location was perfect as we could walk to downtown, and also get a hike out back of the property. Nicely updated condo, with all the amenities we needed.

Ski vacation

The property was nice and clean, we had plenty of room for two adults and 3 kids. It’s about 5 minutes to the slopes by car.

Great Place for Winter Park

My family had a wonderful time in this condo for our Winter Park vacation. The location is excellent, and the condo felt plenty spacious for our family of 8. Everyone was happy with their beds, and the unit was clean and inviting. The property manager has also been wonderful to respond immediately when I had questions. I would definitely stay again!

WONDERFUL STAY IN WINTER PARK

The unit was perfect. It accommodated six of us comfortably. Clean, cozy, and all the necessary vacation amenities. Kitchen was well appointed. Great place.

This is a great condo for a wonderful family experience at Winter Park, CO!!!!

My family of six comfortably stayed at this convenient condo to Winter Park resort. The shuttle literally stopped at our door. The owner checked on us the day we arrived and answered any questions we had immediately. We would definitely consider staying at Beaver Village again and especially this condo!!!!! Great vacation and memories!!!

Decent place, good location

We stayed here for a week. The unit is OK, it could use some updating and better lighting. Broken dresser drawers in back bedroom, old pillows, low supplies of toilet paper but otherwise it was acceptable. It was nice to have the shuttle bus stop outside the door - big plus. The kitchen was well enough supplied and previous renters left a mostly useful assortment of staples, etc. behind which was good.

Save on parking and take the shuttle

This condo was perfect for our recent ski trip. The shuttle bus picked us up right outside the building. We really enjoyed not having to carry our luggage and groceries up several flights of stairs. This corner condo was quiet even though on the bottom floor. We only had 1 small hiccup and David quickly responded to our text and worked with us to resolve the issue. An added bonus is being able to see the ski runs thru the kitchen window. This condo might not be slopeside but we can still see the slopes. Thanks for another great year in Winter Park.

It was grest. A lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed this place. So convenient to everything at Winter Park. We loved the shuttle bus to the ski lifts. We would definitely recommend this place.

Cozy, convenient, & accommodating! We would definitely stay again!

We had two families staying at this condo and it was just the right size. It was so nice to have all the bunk options and to actually be able have everyone it beds and no one one the couch! Kitchen was well supplied. The pool was awesome and it was a easy shuttle ride (stop is right in front to the condo) over to Winter Park for riding which we did both days we were there. Even though this is a first floor unit, ceilings are well insulated and the people above were not at all disturbing. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions. We would definitely go back to this property!

Great for Skiing at Winter Park

We really liked the place. It was big and comfy with plenty of beds for everyone. Nobody slept in the top bunks, so I can't review those, but the other beds were good. The condos were quiet for the most part, except when other skiers were walking around outside in the mornings. Beaver Village is located close to Winter Park resort for riding and the Town of Winter Park and Fraser are very short drives or bus rides for really good food, breweries, or groceries.

Great location

We had a great time and the condo was perfect!! Very close to all the downtown action. Very roomy and clean. The sheets were so super soft!!! Lol

My wife and I purchased this condo because we love skiing, snowboarding and hiking in Colorado. We've been to most of the Colorado resorts and we fell in love with Winter Park. Great mountain, great resort, great town, great people!
