Peaceful Cabin in the Woods. Hiking & Beautiful Views.

The cabin has two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located by a small creek and borders the Talladega National Forest. The cabin is close to the Talladega Super Speedway, Cheaha Mountain, and the Pinhoti Trail. (Just 3 miles from the Porter's Gap Trailhead of the Pinhoti Trail.) It is nestled outside of the town of Talladega. Feel free to contact us for more information.

There is a small lake near the cabin which creates a nice atmosphere, but swimming and boating are not allowed due to liability concerns.

My Favorite Cabin In The Woods

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay at this lovely and magical feeling cabin. From the design details to the location to the owner's hospitality to the overall comfort and beauty of the cabin and the location, it was all simply wonderful. Hope to stay here again one day. Highly recommend!

Great Place To Stay

The cabin was adorable & the price was great. Very spacious & nice & isolated. Close to stores & hiking at Cheaha Mountain. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent weekend. Accommodations were fabulous. If you love nature, this is the place for your stay! Property owner was readily available, but not needed!

Quiet

We simply enjoyed the total peace and quiet at this cabin; our car never moved. The kitchen is very well furnished, the beds are comfortable & I spent a lot of time on the porch reading and relaxing. Jerry keeps the place very clean and well maintained. This is a true get away literally at the end of a road.

Hidden Gem in AL

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here for my birthday! I wanted to get away from it all and just feel sort of “off the grid” in nature (while still being comfy), and this was the perfect spot for that. The creek and lake behind the cabin are gorgeous, and there are multiple trailheads within a short drive. It feels very private but is only about 10 mins from the city of Talladega for groceries, gas, etc. The cabin itself is so cute and cozy - feels very homey and curated with love. Jerry was such a nice host and easy to communicate with. We’re already talking about coming back when it’s warmer and maybe doing some fishing and more hiking next time.

Beyond Expectations !!

This was an amazing cabin ! The place was absolutely beautiful. The view was incredible. It was close to everything we wanted to do but still offered space and privacy .

Cabin in the woods

My husband and I had a great honeymoon, we fished and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. No mosquitoes or bugs which was awesome. We hope to go back one day

Great stay

Everything was excellent!! Not far from town to get groceries, but yet so secluded the house is at the end of the road. Peaceful back deck makes an excellent night to grill or to enjoy the morning with coffee. Host was awesome to us. We really enjoyed our stay if looking for a peaceful weekend to stay this where to go.

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this little cabin in the woods. We biked the Chief Ladiga trail which is about 45 mins away. Everything was clean and the owner was responsive. We had a nice, comfortable stay.
