Sunrise Beach Villas - Stunning, Ocean View Poolside Villa With Beach Access
Welcome to paradise! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is in the heart of Paradise Island, only a 30 minute taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. Located on the main floor, the villa is steps from the pool and has a beautiful ocean view.
The villa has been recently renovated and newly furnished with nothing left to spare. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable memory foam beds, luxury linens and flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second room has two single beds which can be put together to form a king size bed if desired. The living area has stunning, brand-new leather furniture, a flat screen TV and Roku 2 (access to Netflix, etc.) for your entertainment.
For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are several restaurants within walking distance such as Margaritavilla and The Green Parrot. You can also stop by the onsite restaurant, Viola’s, which offers meals, bar service and live entertainment.
The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short walk down the street with access to the casino, restaurants and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis.
Whether you prefer to lounge poolside or head down to the famous Cabbage Beach, towels and a 5 gallon water jug are provided to ensure that you stay refreshed and relaxed during your vacation.
Lastly, you’ll never feel too far away from home as free international calling, cable and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included with your stay. For your comfort and convenience, the unit has a central air conditioning system and an in-house washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Villas. The location is at a gorgeous beach and it is within waking distance to multiple shops and grocery stores. The villa is well equipped with all the essentials, the property is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and the owner always communicated with us promptly when we had any questions. Will definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property. Great beach access. Nice patio by pool. Very quiet even with other guests family. Convenient to walk up to Atlantis or in tow town. Fine beach rental decor. Not super luxe but very comfortable and clean. Has everything we needed for coffee and light meals.

Beautiful villa with lovely pool/gardens and steps away from a fantastic beach. The villa is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Best of all worlds to have quiet, more secluded villa in walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants at Atlantis marina. I’d love to return again!

Perfect Villa on the Beach
The Beach Villa was everything as described. Our family had a great time and truly enjoyed the private beach access to the beautiful blue water. The host was also very prompt answering questions before the trip. The location was also very convenient to Atlantis resort for restaurants and other entertainment. It was a fantastic trip. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Loved it!
Villa worked out perfectly for our family. Right off the beach, beatiful pool, friendly staff. Host was great.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and easy access to Cabbage Beach.
The villa floors were dirty but the host quickly remedied this when notified.
Bathroom sinks drained very slowly. Fans were clogged with dust.

Best Family Vacation
We had a great time. The condo was excellent. It had everything we needed. The location to the beach and shopping was perfect. We have stayed here before and always have had a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful villa right at the beach!
The property was exactly as listed. Big common areas for visiting and a spectacular location. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and modern and the poolside patio was awesome. The hosts were responsive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect escape for a couple or family
We have stayed with Jordan a few times now. The resort and spacious condo has all what you need for a wonderful time. Just steps away to a private Cabbage beach area and the views are extraordinary. We look forward to many more vacations at Jordan's place.

Fantastic Villa in perfect location
We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Sunrise Villas again. The location is central to everything and the location right on cabbage beach so amazing. It is truly one of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen. The owner was easy to contact and the unit was very clean. A great stay, would highly recommend!

This property was very peaceful and beautiful. Established landscaping and steps away from pool and beach. Jordan was always available and Ezrena made us feel welcome and gave us everything we needed to know about our accommodation.

Great location on beach for families
Had a wonderful time in the unit which had great access to pools and the beach was a minute's walk away. The unit was spacious and allowed our two teens to spread out with their own bathroom. Really enjoyed using the patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail all while overlooking the pool and the sea in the background.
Would definitely visit again!

Family Get Away
Loved our stay, Jordan extremely helpful and responds quickly to all msgs. The villa was clean, beds very comfortable and loved our stay there. Pool directly out from our villa and beach just beyond. Ezrena who helps Jordan (owner) responded quickly on something we needed. Recommend this property as a place to stay.

Amazing!
We had an amazing time! The unit was very clean, and newly updated. Perfect location overlooking the pool and just steps to the beach. Jordan, the owner went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Cozy comfortable cottage
My family of four had a relaxing visit to Paradise Island with this cute condo being home base. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The owner, Jordan, was very easy to deal with and the beautiful beach and convenient pool were great for both my 8 and 3 year old to enjoy. An easy quick walk to Atlantis and the shops rounded out this great condo!

Being from Northern Ontario, Canada we find Paradise Island to be the perfect escape from the winter weather. Prior to purchasing this unit, we spent time at various rental properties throughout Nassau before deciding that Paradise Island was where we prefer to be.
