Perfect Paradise Island Villa!

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in gated community of 12 villas in walking distance from the world famous Atlantis Resort, gorgeous Cabbage Beach, Marina Village ferry terminal and shops and restaurants.

The villa's kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated. Living space has high open ceilings and there is a private enclosed patio area with BBQ grill and community pool.

Free high speed internet, cable television,/Smart TVs with Netflix etc., telephone (local calls only), central air conditioning, quality linens and bath & beach towels. A lovely quiet complex of 12 villas with on-site parking.

Also included - beach chairs, coolers &, snorkeling gear.

Bicycles are available on-site for daily rental.

Kitchen items - paper towels, garbage bags, 5 gallon bottle of water, spices, coffee, tea and condiments.

Bathroom items - soap, hand soap and travel-sized shampoo.

For purchase and your convenience there is also a snack basket, cold beverages in the fridge and a selection of wines in the villa.

For extra guests -there is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room, queen sized air mattress or a rollaway single bed also provided. There is also a pack n' play for a baby.

Perfect birthday getaway - thank you Kyrene!

Kyrene was an amazing host—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We were in the Bahamas for our son’s 6th birthday, and she made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Her hospitality really added to the experience and made it even more special for our family. Highly recommend staying with her!

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Paradise Island. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach, as well as many great restaurants. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Kyrene was so helpful and answered all questions. We did a boating excursion with Island Time Charters. It was private with just our family. We hope to be back!

Great place to stay

The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The host provided great information about local places to go. She also provided helpful information like transportation. The pool and patio were great too.

Nice place and even nicer host!

The property really is just as the photos show. Kyrene is very helpful and pleasant. The only real negatives for us were the bed pillows (we all have different preferences) and we had to boil water to wash dishes as the water never got hot from the kitchen faucet. We would absolutely recommend staying here but do advise to buy/bring groceries to Paradise Island. The stores there are pricey and have limited stock (very evident on Thanksgiving week)!

Loved our stay there

Kyrene is an unbelievable host and just a genuinely nice person. This is hands down the best VRBO we've stayed at from cleanliness to location but most of all Kyrene was so helpful with any questions we had and just super friendly which we so appreciated. We rented a kids wagon and yoga mats from Kyrene through BabyQuip which was so seamless and the yoga mats came in handy for our mor ing workouts on the patio. Her place is very close to Atlantis village and also close to cabbage beach. We didnt feel like we needed a vehicle at all and it was quite easy to walk around or get taxi if needed. We will definitely recommend Kyrene's place to anyone looking to visit Nassau!

Great Stay

From arrival to departure everything was a breeze. The property manager was a great communicator and very helpful. The Villa was perfect for our short stay, close to beach, restaurants and Atlantis. The pool was a hit with my kids!

Will definitely come back to stay here. All was excellent including how close it is to Atlantis and Four Seasons (all walking distance ). Loved how private it was. Host was so gracious and helpful. Rental of golf cart was awesome. Can’t wait to come back.

Paradise Island Paradise

We stayed in two locations during our time on Paradise Island and this property was in proximity of Atlantis and a short walk to the beach. Nice community pool kept my kids occupied while we were at the property. Very clean and great communication with the owner all helped make this a great choice in stays while on the island. Would recommend and would book again.

That place and the house was really nice. As you walk in the house you can say you’re home. Everything you need they have it. Kyrene was so nice and very helpful. Ones you get in at her place she has a binder that all questions you have in mind was all there. Highly recommended..

Amazing getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to come back again! Kyrene's info and recommendations were perfect, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome which we all appreciated. The villa is stocked with everything you could need and more, the location to the beach and restaurants made it easy, and the peaceful patio was an ideal place to unwind! Thank you!

Great secured unit

This unit was in a great location and enjoyed the neighborhood with the golf cart. Very secure area and felt totally safe being alone. Great communication from owner for everything.

MUST Stay!

Everything about this place was a blessing! It was truly a five minute walk to Atlantis, restaurants, beaches, and more! The property was spacious and so much better than any hotel room. We had access to grill out on our private patio, a full kitchen, an awesome pool that was great size for the kids and adults, the host was a wealth of knowledge, the golf cart was so fun to drive for a day, and it was all around a PERFECT trip. This was a home away from home and not stuck in a small hotel room for a week. We are so grateful to have found such a gem!!!

A wonderful break from the snow

My husband, son and I enjoyed a quiet respite this week in January. For two of us it was a break from the winter weather, for the third a chance to just unwind. Kyrene is by far our favorite host. From the beginning she provided helpful, thorough information. If you go, our favorite outings were to swim with the pigs on Rose Island and then a trip to see and snorkel withe turtles. Unforgettable for us landlocked types!

Peaceful Getaway on Paradise Island

We had a very peaceful stay on Paradise Island away from the hustle and bustle of Atlantis. This villa was very clean when we arrived and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Location was key as we could walk to Atlantis (for a one-day pass), Cabbage Beach, and Versailles Gardens very easily. We enjoyed the Four Seasons for lunch one day which was also within walking distance. The pool was cold in December, but would be perfect in the summer for a refreshing dip. The villa came with beach towels and sunscreen which was a bonus! Overall, we had a comfortable stay!

Gréât location, gréât house

We spent a few days in paradise island and our stay at Kyrenes house was just perfect. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped. Contrary to some other places we have stayed at, nothing was missing. Salt, pepper, water, etc… all was very well organized. Every little detail was well thought and we could just enjoy. The location is ideal. We walked most of the destinations we went to. Grocery stores, restaurant, beach were all within walking distance. This is exactly what a rental should be like. Thanks Kyrene for allowing us to stay at your house. Any time again.

Paradise island

I could not be more happy with the Villa, the location and the host. The Villa is as pictured and absolutely spotless. It’s in a very nice area and with a gated community made me feel very safe. And the location could not be any better. It’s a 5 min walk to marina village and/dining, a few minutes further your at the Atlantis hotel. Walk the other direction about 15 min and you will be at a very beautiful and quiet beach. And the host was one of the bests host I have dealt with. Very friendly, very communicative and extremely accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience in the Bahamas.

Wonderful Villa in a great location

My husband and I visited to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary along with my sister-in-law. The villa was fantastic, lovely decor and well stocked with towels, linens and everything we needed for a hassle free stay. There was even a selection of drinks and snacks available for cost price. Kyrene (the host) is not making a profit on this. It was very convenient, especially for the first few days of the holiday. The pool was nice, and not too busy while we were there and the location is great, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the beach and the Atlantis complex. All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend the villa and Kyrene most highly.
