Welcome to your perfect waterfront getaway at Pot-Nets Bayside! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers stunning bay views and a prime location for fun and relaxation.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the open front porch, soaking in the sunrise over the bay, or unwind in the evening with a cocktail as the sky paints itself in brilliant colors.

The Space:
This home is designed for comfort and connection, featuring an open-concept living area that seamlessly combines the fully-equipped kitchen, dining, and living rooms—perfect for entertaining and making lasting memories with family and friends.

Linens & towels provided for your convenience
Pet-friendly – bring your furry friend along - they'll love the dog park! 2-dog max, $40 per pet per night/$200 per week fee. Please note your pet when making a reservation (dogs only).

A signed rental agreement is required. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide valid proof of age.

Great space for a family gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The spacious kitchen is well equipped for many chefs to work together. There is much more space throughout the home than expected! There was a brief issue with the heat but communication was easy and timely and the situation resolved relatively quickly! I would definitely recommend!

Great water view and kid friendly vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a success. This is our second year renting and unfortunately that came with a few hiccups this year. The fans on the porch did not work unlike the neighboring rentals. The dishwasher was also not functional unlike last years rental. The floor was very dirty. We’re at the beach so we didn’t mind but it’s clear by the amount of black dog hair the carpets were not cleaned. In addition, the bottoms of our feet were black at the end of our first day there. Finally it looks like it was our luck we picked the pest control and shrub trimming week. They sprayed pesticides on the outside of the house which wasn’t a big deal but when you bring a pet like we did, makes it a little concerning. The shrub trimming guy was out at 8am one morning with a gas trimmer which woke up both kids. Overall though we enjoyed our stay but wanted to be transparent in some of the disappointments.

Great location and house

Nice layout. House was very nice, great beds, nice appliances and great location. Needs a few things like window curtains in bedrooms 2 and 3, towel bars or rings for bath towels and hand towels by the sinks and dressers in bedrooms 2 and 3. Enjoy stay and golf cart was great.

We love the Potnets!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have a 21 month old and this was our first family vacation and the Potnets was the perfect spot! The house was very clean and spacious for the kids to run around. We did have an issue with our dryer in our unit but Debbie, the property manager was so wonderful. She had our laundry sent out to be cleaned and then also gave us $100 for the inconvenience. I was blown away by the customer service. Paradise grill is also an awesome spot. The golf cart made the vacation very enjoyable also as we didn’t have to drive our car at all. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Weekend Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 544 Sea Glass with another family- 4 adults and 5 teenagers/young adults total, and our small dog. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was spotless upon arrival. The main living area of the house is so open and airy, plenty of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows. We made use of the Golf Cart included, exploring the community. It was so peaceful and quiet, just a lovely vacation all around. The property manager, Debbie, was extremely helpful and personable. This was a wonderful vacation experience.

Peaceful New Years

Very clean and comfortable ranch home on the bay. Stocked with everything you need, a true home away from home. Driveway is big enough to fit four vehicles, golf cart and full size grill are in shed. The private beach is a 5 min walk away. Only down side to the area in my opinion is the homes are very close together so in the summer time things might be a little loud.

Our 50th Wedding Anniversary Vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we loved the house, location and property, our contact, Debbie Wilhelm, was nonexistent during our week stay. I was in communication with Debbie prior to our start date. We had some issues...porch ceiling fans not working, dirty floors, trash under the pull-out couch. When I called the management office numerous times, my calls were never returned. I emailed my concerns and again, NEVER got a response. I am very disappointed that we were ignored. We enjoyed our stay, but your rental managers need to have better communication with your renters.

Great family geteaway

This was our first family visit with my parents since Covid. The house was a perfect place for the reunion and spending time together. We loved the layout, location, and golf cart.

LOVED IT

We stayed at this house for 3 nights and had the best time. The house was extremely clean, organized, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The sheets and towels were packed in plastic wraps. All the appliances were in great condition. Lots of clean plates, cups, utensils and pots and pans were provided. The view from every room of the house was very beautiful. Everything about the house was perfect. We would love to go back to this house during summer. If I could give 6 stars I would, seriously.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were unsure about booking a vacation with the Covid situation, but decided last minute to book the house. We are so glad we did! The week was just what we needed! The park/amenities followed the mandated Covid guidelines and we had no issues! The staff and families within the community were very friendly and talkative! The home beautiful and very large- pics don't do it justice! The layout was perfect for our families. The children and adults enjoyed riding bikes, riding the golf cart, playing in the side yard, going to pool and beach, and getting ice cream (every night!!) from the ice-cream shack at Paradise. The location of the home was perfect and within walking distance to Paradise and the beach. We had an issue with the AC, but it was fixed promptly with no concerns. We would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation and plan to return next year!
