Access to pools, pickleball and tennis courts, baseball field, and playgrounds within the community
Boat slips available for rent – $40/day or $200/week
10 minutes to Baywood Greens Golf Course – the "Augusta of the North"
20 minutes to Tanger Outlet Centers for tax-free shopping
30 minutes to Rehoboth Beach & Lewes for a classic coastal town experience
