4 Bedroom West Coast Villa, Close to Beach

Authentic Barbadian village life surrounds the Villa. The tranquil Reeds Bay is perfect for swimming and relaxing and is just a 5 minutes walk away. Go North towards Speightstown and you will find beach bars, restaurants, water sports and swimming with turtles.

This spacious self contained accommodation has all you need to make that family holiday a most memorable one. Fully fitted kitchen with own washer, electric stove and granite counters. Large comfortable bedroom space with open balconies and en-suite bathrooms. Air conditioning is available in bedrooms for those warm nights. Separate house and beach towels are provided. Take advantage of the luxurious pool, lush garden, dine on a patio while the sun sets and feel the fresh air as the easterly winds blow. Parking is available for 4 cars at the front of the property.

You will find the following amenities within walking distance:

- Beach
- Restaurants popular with tourists
- Fish market and vegetable shop
- At the bottom of the hill is the bustling main road of the Platinum Coast, Holetown to the South and Speightstown to the North. The efficient public and private bus service ply the main route to and from Bridgetown regularly. For up-to-date bus information visit Barbados Transport Board website, click Bus Schedules and search "Highway 1".

Any size of group catered for from 1-10 persons (8 adults + 2 children). Spare beds are available for children taking total occupancy to 10. To quote accurately please enter dates and the number of adults and children. Rates vary by season.

Bairds View Villa

The place is spacious and clean. The pool area is beautiful. It’s a short walk to the beach, where you can rent chairs at a reasonable price. We’d likely stay elsewhere next time though as there wasn’t much to safely walk to (no sidewalks) other than the beach. The neighborhood also looked a bit rough (lots of litter) but we didn’t feel unsafe. We enjoyed our visits from the monkeys and neighborhood cat and loved the offer from the property manager to grab groceries before we got there!

Barbados Trip

The house, yard and pool are beautiful. It was clean comfortable and we had a great time. The neighborhood can look uncomfortable but the neighbors were friendly.

I wish this house was mine!

This was honestly our best stay in Barbados yet and this was my 8th trip. The house is huge with so much space for everyone. The pool and garden are outstanding, a rare find to get that much space outside. John was so very kind in accommodating our early arrival and had lots of nice cold drinks ready and waiting in the fridge.Simone was so friendly and did a fantastic job of cleaning the house and had some great local recommendations. The location is absolutely perfect, halfway between Holetown and Speightstown. Thunderbay at the bottom of the road is truly stunning, there are 3 bars with sunbeds to chose from. Friday nights opposite the house, Heavenly Touch catering do incredible take away food, I thoroughly recommend. I will definitely be booking again in the future,I only wish this house belonged to us!

Perfect place for a relaxing girls trip

After a terrible experience with another VRBO property who got our dates wrong and didn’t show up to let us in, we booked this property and they were able to accommodate us last minute. The property was beautiful, had a nice sized pool, a convenient location close to the beach and several great restaurants. The property manager, John was also super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious luxury villa.

Fantastic accommodation with more than enough space for 8. Fully equipped kitchen and 3 balconies. The pool is fabulous and gets sun all day. Strongly recommended

Excellent Vacation

I rented this property for my wife and I to get together with our two sons and their families. A week before our rental I had emergency eye surgery so my wife and I were unable to go. This review is based on the comments from our sons. Their families thoroughly enjoyed the property and the beach, our grandchildren spent most days in the pool or sea. Both the owner and property manager were very nice to deal with.

Great stay

Plenty of room, the pool and outside are were perfect for the adults and kids. Had some monkeys visit us in the backyard. Very close to shopping, food and beach. Was a great stay

Lovely stay

John was very helpful and Simone was lovely. We had a lovely trip. The pool could have been cleaned mid holiday and some of the Villa requires an update, however plenty of positives (location, air con, size of house / rooms, view from the balcony) and great watching the monkeys eating their mangoes.

2 mins from the beach, great place. John was super helpful with things during the week. Thunder bay karaoke is a must. Would definitely stay here again.

9 days in Barbados

My family of 10 reserved the villa and it fit our needs perfectly. The kids enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach and yellow bus service served us well. We had an amazing time and would recommend.

Safe, Spacious, and Comfortable

The villa served as a well-situated and very comfortable base for our family holiday. The beach at Reeds Bay is a short walk from the home and we rented a car for the duration of our stay so we could explore many of the beaches, towns, and sights around the island (recommended). We had a terrific vacation together.

Barbados 2024

We had a lovely 2-week stay at the villa. It was nice to stay in a residential area as we have mainly stayed in resorts previously. The villa was perfect for us. Plenty of space for a family consisting of 5 adults and a teenager. Outdoor space was good. Beach close by. Would stay again. Barbados is our favourite holiday destination. John was really helpful, did some shopping for us before we arrived and responded to any questions quickly.

Loved the location and design of the house!

Spent a fabulous week in Barbados; home had everything we needed for our family. Kids enjoyed the pool after a day out and the breeze made for cool evenings hanging out back. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hanifa the property manager made up feel welcomed and checked in during our stay. This property offers it all and I would 100% stay here again on my next trip!

Beautiful property

We had the most amazing 17 nights at Bairds view. The beach is at the bottom of the road (thunder bay) with 2 beach bars. Everything from beginning to end was fantastic. Hope to return soon .

Villa Review

The Villa is very nice and all items that you would need for comfortable stay are provided. The most enjoyable part was the large pool that received sun most of the afternoon and was very relaxing after a day at the beach. I would suggest bringing floats to fully enjoy it.

Perfect Vacation Villa

Our stay was great, the villa was very clean, the neighbors were friendly and helpful with directions….John answer my questions and calls when I reach out to him. The housekeeper was very pleasant., there was plenty of clean towels and linens…the villa was spacious enough for our group of 7adults….OOH the pool was very inviting. The villa has everything that you would need….We will be back

2 week stay

We had a good time for the 2 weeks we spent there. The villa was nice and very spacious. No bad or small bedrooms. The beach a couple of minutes walk away was lovely. Not too many people on it. The property manager was helpful when we called him. No issues with anything.

Terrific place

The property is in a local neighborhood and just down the road from a really nice beach that we spent a lot of time on. There was also a nice local takeout place a few doors down it was terrific, having the swimming pool as well. given the cost of flatscreen TVs. I would just suggest they upgrade the size of their television in the living room. beyond that the place is clean the bathrooms new, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
