The home is located on the Beach you walk out and you step on the beach. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This house has 2/2 in the main house, Kingbed in the Main Bedroom with 2 Queen beds in the other bedrooms . A breeze way connects 2 additional bedrooms/ bath each sleeping 4 . The beautiful Gulf can be seen from most rooms in the main house and it has a large sun room facing the Gulf of Mexico. This home is beautifully decorated with a large family entertainment area, Flat Screen TVs. large seating areas, step off the back porch onto the legendary sugar sand. The beach is semi private so very little public traffic. You will be blown away with all the things this home has to offer. This home is ideal for large gatherings and privacy. Privately nestled behind wall and gates. It is also located 35 min from Sandestin, Fl, and 8 miles from the beautiful beach of 30-A. A perfect location to make the most of your vacation.

Beach happy!

Lovely home with everything you could need to vacation including beach towels and really nice beach chairs. The kitchen is so functional for a large group and the beach access exceptional!

Needs a little TLC

I want to start off by saying the lady (I think her name was Raquel) that I communicated with the whole time we were there gets a 10! When we first arrived there was no internet or tv. She contacted the internet server immediately. The wires happened to be pulled out of the house connection. They told her it would be 3 days before they could send someone. She let them know that was not acceptable. They were there the next day. She checked on us all week. VERY NICE lady! Now I’ll start with the pros: Perfect location! The distant between the house and beach was very little! Only about 8 steps off the deck into the sand. The deck is huge, plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Cons: the pictures show that there is a “guest house” with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small “den” and laundry room. Sounds great but you have to go outside of each room to get to the other rooms. I did not feel safe with the children being in there by themselves. The closets were covered in mold. The shower in the master bedroom was nice but it has sliding glass doors with no barrier to keep the water from running out the shower into the whole bathroom. The other 3 bathrooms have about a 3’x3’ shower with mold on the walls and shower curtain. We had to do some house cleaning when we got there. Example-sweeping up leftover food on the floors. Cleaning the kitchen. The couch needs a DEEP CLEANING or thrown out. All the cons just need tending too. It did not keep us from having a good time.

Great House, Poor Management

This is a well appointed beachfront house. It is right on the sand with ample parking. I hosted a BBQ for family members who enjoyed the property and location. Our second day the toilet in the primary bathroom went out. I sent a video of the problem to Brookins(manager) and requested repair as this is the primary bathroom for guests to use. I was told the next day it was 'low priority' and 4 days later nothing had been done. This was disappointing. 4 out of 5 days in a rental down a bathroom. What would you have done differently?

Nice Beach Front Property

We had an amazing time and Raquel was very accommodating. We had some issues with the check-in as the alarm went off on us and the AC took some time to get the place back to comfortable temperature. Additionally, we set off the smoke alarm from the smoke caused by baking bacon in the oven. Unfortunately, the smoke was also tied to the alarm system so we could'nt turn it off and had to call Raquel for help with that as well. Besides these little nuances, we enjoyed the the humongous back patio and somewhat private beach. It's mostly houses there so you don't get the crowd most other areas have. I would recommend for those who want to reunions. It was nice that 2 or the bedrooms were separate from the main house. We were not aware of that when we booked the place. Nice to not have some space after a long day.

Beautiful beach home with amazing view!

Our stay was amazing! The view was gorgeous and so was the home. The guest bedrooms/bathrooms are rather small if you have multiple people staying but other than that, it's a great choice for a memorable vacation experience!

Family Vacation

We really loved staying at this house. We had 3 families staying and had plenty of room to spread out. Plus our own space if we needed it. The walk to beach was so convenient and not crowded. Loved it. Central location to shopping and activities.

Vacation/bachelorette

Property was perfect for us, 12 guests. The patio and dining table with beautiful view made for great places to gather. We had a minor problem with one toilet midway through and this is my only negative, no one came to repair as PM said they would.

Beach trip 2022

Very nice property. Location on the beach front was not crowded during our stay. Hostess was always very quick to respond to any questions. Landscaping needing attention was easy to overlook and 1 bedroom bathroom door needing fixed the only other complaint otherwise we had a great vacation at this property. Thanks Raquel

Beach Beauty

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The house was decorated beautifully and the location was perfect! The owner tended to our needs, and she even had a vacuum sent to the house for us to take care of all the sand we tracked in. The broken dryer was replaced as she previously stated by the owner. We loved hanging out on the spacious back deck, riding bikes to the near by stores, and cooking in the open kitchen. The beds were comfy and the dining room was absolutely perfect for enjoying meals (I’d add some Tupperware to the kitchen supplies). We found very little to complain about and truly enjoyed our week. A few details for the owner: breeze way room fan is missing a blade and bathroom door in that room doesn’t close; also master bathroom shower tends to back up. These minor details did not negatively influence our stay. We would love to stay here again and enjoy PCBs beautiful sunsets!!!

The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and extremely friendly. Great place for families or couples. The views from the dining area were just gorgeous! Would most definitely stay again!!!!

Fun filled graduation vacation

Just got home from our week stay! We enjoyed every minute. The house was beautiful and recently renovated. All the issues in the previous reviews were not a problem for us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. We had an issue with a few TVs. The master bedroom tv never worked buttttt this did not bother me at all. By the time we layed down no TVs were needed. THE BEDS WERE AMAZING! I will honestly miss the beds and bedding more then anything. My husband is 6’2 and could stand straight up in the shower! This was a big plus. The beach was not super busy and the sand only got hot at the hill right before the house. The dryer didn’t really work but again nothing I needed immediately! Not really wanting to do laundry on vacation lol. Location was great! O the hot tub did work for us! It was dirty upon arrival but cleaned the next day without even having to ask. Raguel was super nice and responded fast. We had over our amount staying and she worked with us. I recommend this house 10/10.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you so much for an amazing week. The house is wonderful and in a perfect location. The whole process was very easy and the house had everything advertised and then some. Loved every bit of the property and the views from the back deck are breathtaking at all hours of the day. Would recommend this house to anyone with a 5 star rating. Looking forward to renting it again in the future!!

Private Beach By All the Action

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip. You can't beat having the beach right in your backyard! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas we were able to use and plenty of towels and beds as well. The only negative experience we had was getting the hot tub to work. It never actually got hot, which was a bummer, especially since I had asked before the trip if the hot tub had been fixed after reading another review about it being broken recently. Other than that, everything was great! There was plenty of parking space for 5 SUVs and the home was just a short walk to the pier and a bunch of different shops. Great house and a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

Super close to the beach

This house is right on the beach, super short walk from the back deck to the beach. Lots of deck space, nice big sunroom addition with a large table was great for our group! The furniture could definitely used updating. The material was super worn along with the springs and cushions in both couches. We stayed in one of the bedrooms in the breezeway and there had been some repair work on the wall next to the bathroom mirror, you can see where they had to mud it but did not even care to sand it down, not that that truly affected anything but it just looks bad. The AC worked great. They had a ton of baby items in the master bedroom closet which was super helpful to us. The fridge….. I cannot understand why they have not purchased a new fridge. The plastic bars were missing on the shelves in the door were missing so they used duct tape to keep your stuff from falling. Which by the way doesn’t work that great. We had two different bottles fall and break, which is really fun to clean up broken glass with small children all around. One time one of the pieces of duct tape came off and everything fell, luckily someone I was with had some duct tape in their truck and was able to put a new piece up, and which he ended up locking his keys in his truck going to get that tape and had to call Locksmith, which I know is obviously not the property owners fault but just the chain of events all from having duct tape shelves in a refrigerator is super aggravating. The bottom shelf of the refrigerator was cracked so we constantly had to stick a bottle of ketchup to hold it up so that things wouldn’t fall off of it. The ice maker didn’t work in the freezer so you’re constantly buying ice. I can understand wait until the very last minute to replace major things in the house, but we’re talking about a $500 refrigerator… Overall we had a great time but the fridgejust blew my mind.
