The houses need some updating but they are very clean and comfortable. Kitchens, bathrooms and bed rooms were nice. However the pillows need to be replaced ( too hard). House #2 had a bad odor. 1/2 of the pool bulbs need to be replaced.

Great place! Stunning pool and hot tub, perfect for our race team competing at F1 that weekend but would be perfect for large groups or families. Everyone is close and the giant outdoor patio table was amazing for group gatherings but everyone has their own space as well. Lovely property! Would book again

Pool had clumps of hair in it. Pool skimmer is large hole in it#1 house had strange smell in itOtherwise was a nice experience

We stayed with 16 of our friends and it was super fun! Maria did an amazing job and connected with us as well by giving us info on where to go to eat and good recommendations for us given that we lived in Ohio and were unfamiliar with the area. It was super unique and fun experience and I speak for all of us when I say I wish we stayed for plenty more weeks!

We stayed for spring break and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property is in need of some repair and updating. We had a few issues but all were addressed quickly. The communication with the owner was wonderful and Maria was helpful. The pool and hot tub are nice. The area is nice and overall we had a great vacation!

This property is stunning and is the perfect location for large groups. The location only adds to the amenities that are already provided at the compound. When you stay here you are only a couple minutes from the airport, casino, beach, or many great restaurants and bars. Bram was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or requests we had before and during our stay. I would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to the area!

Excellent place to stay

We stayed here with 8 couples. The pool & hot tub were very nice! Bram was accommodating & answered questions timely & took care of any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend this place for large groups!

We had a group of 14 people who all had an absolute blast at this compound. Bram is extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely return!

It was a nice getaway. A bit rustic but very enjoyable. The owners are excellent with communication. I would return in a heartbeat!

Great Compound in Hollywood!

We came down for a football game and the compound was everything we expected and more! Bram was very responsive, and the facilities were just as advertised. This is a great choice for a large group!

Great Location!!

The compound was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group of 14 guys for a bachelor party/golf trip. Location was ideal for golf courses, restaurants, and casino. The highlight of the trip was renting the yacht from Bram, he made it easy and our captain was amazing. We booked from 4-8 but were running late due to traffic and he still allowed us to have it from 5-9. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay

This property was absolutely perfect for large groups. We had our family and their friends 12 total all stay for an extended weekend. The property is amazing. There is volleyball, beautiful pool, hot tub, large accommodative table with a grill. There are many natural large fruit trees on the property to admire. The houses were all clean and the beds were super comfortable. Overall stay I would give 10/10. I look forward to rebooking as soon as I find out the dates I need!! Will definitely tell everyone I know about this property.

Quick trip to Ft. Lauderdale

Overall we had a great stay the property grounds are amazing the size was unexpected even with the pictures. Buildings are pretty much as described some single villas smelled a bit old but likely due to not having the AC running to circulate fresh air and sinks were slow draining in main and secondary house but these are minor issues and we never contacted the owner to resolve because they were minor and we were on the go for the weekend. Definitely a great location for a guys trip or a family get together. The pool and sitting area are ideal. We will definitely consider renting again if we are visit the area again.

We had a party of 8 and we truly enjoyed the “Compound”. We enjoyed 5 houses on an acre lot. The place was clean, quiet and recently renovated. Bathrooms were extremely nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that needs addressing is the WiFi. The signal was very weak in some of the cottages, and we made it work. Also no way to watch regular tv channels. They did have Apple TV and most shows were not free. Still, 5 stars to this place and definitely would highly recommend for large groups.

F1 Race weekend

The compound is as advertised. Centrally located from Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and Hard Rock Arena. We had 8 friends there for 4 days. Great outdoor area with salt water pool and jacuzzi. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This is not high end living, it's comfortable living for a large group of people. Can easily accommodate 16 people that are ok with sharing a king bed.

A Decadent Vacation!

This property was great for our group of friends. Everyone had their own place to retreat to at night. Had a great time spending an afternoon in the pool and enjoying the great weather. The hot tub did not get hot but when I asked about it, the pool guy was there within the hour and came back the next day to try and get it working. Communication with the host was very easy and he was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

Incredible Stay At This Beautiful Spacious Compound

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful compound. Fully fenced with digital gated access. Check-in process was extremely easy and communication with owner/management was very easy as well. The 5 separate homes on property were clean, comfortable, and very nice. The grounds were very spacious as well, offering a volleyball court, massive pool and hot tub, and even the tetherball area made for some competitive fun. For a large group of guys, this rental couldn’t have been a better setup. The proximity to everything was decent as well. Pretty simple drive and/or Uber/Lyft to anywhere you want to go. Owner/Management offered a ton of recommended restaurants, entertainment, activities, and more. They were also quick to respond to any questions that I had. Definitely recommend for any large groups that need this kind of space.

Great location and Great Price!

We rented this compound for my mom's 60th birthday celebration and it was perfect! We had a group of 15 so this was the perfect size! The pool is much larger than most VRBO's we have ever stayed at which was great since we had so many people to accommodate. The property managers were responsive and also helped us book a yacht cruise during our stay, which was AMAZING! Each house was fully stocked with everything you needed. I don't believe any of the ice makers worked in any of the houses however each freezer was fully stocked with bags of ice. The house was at the end of a street so it felt private and secluded. It is also across the street from a park which would be great for groups with kids. We used Uber every day to go to various places such as the beach, local casinos, etc. and each Uber was only about 10-15 minutes depending on red lights.10/10 would recommend for large groups looking for a steal of a price!
