Stay at Mouse Creek Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Although there were neighbors, the dense woods made it feel secluded.

Pictures does not do this property justice. Wonderful place just to relax and rewind. Best place we have stayed in a long time. Quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

The property was better than the listing. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. We loved the privacy and being close to things we wanted to do. I just wished the shower water could have been warmer, but we’d definitely stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN WAS BAD. WE WERE TOLD THAT AAFTER PASSING A BROWN HOUSE WE WOULD SEE THE NUMBER AND NAME OF THE CABIN. THAT WAS NOT SO!!! WE HAD TO HUNT FOR IT.

Loved seeing a Mama bear and her 2 cubs right at the edge of the front porch. Did not love the morning wake-up calls from the birds flying into the windows and then pecking on the windows for an hour or two each morning. 😂 Everything was very lovely overall.

Very nice and quiet. Hot tub was awesome in the enclosed sunroom. Water pressure in the shower was very low and the temp of the water was hard to regulate but never ran out.

Very lovely place. But, you can’t control the air. There is no fan to circulate air. There is very little water pressure in the kitchen sink. The shower head water pressure makes the water feel like needles hitting your skin. The screened in porch had loads of pollen all over everything. The driveway to the cabin has no marker to show you’re at the correct one. Very difficult to find the right one. Other than that, very charming and private.

Cabin code was easy to use and the place was clean. Great location to things to do but far enough to have solitude. Owners reached out to make sure everything was well with the place. Great experience! Will rent again in the future!

Lovely cabin close to Helen

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just what we needed to relax for my husband’s birthday.

It was a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the hot tub. I had trouble with my GPS taken us down the wrong road on a Friday night and could not find it. I called the after hours number and a gentlemen met me in 5 minutes. I followed him to the cabin and he waited til we got in before saying good nite. You can't beat that type of service, I would doubt a hotel would be that attentive.

Wonderful place to stay

Very peaceful cabin that is located just right!! Not too far from town, but far enough to be secluded. Check in, our stay and checking out was all very easy and went smoothly! We will be staying here again!!!

This was an enjoyable stay for our 10-year anniversary trip. With 2 additional twin beds, it could also easily accommodate a family of 4. (We used the twin beds as a good place to lay our suitcases open!) We enjoyed being within close driving distance to Anna Ruby Falls and Helen. The porch swing, bed, bathtub, hot tub, and real wood-burning fireplace were my favorite features of the property. Fall was a good time to come to the property, as the leaves were changing colors.
