We’re glad to hear that you had such a wonderful stay and hope to see you again soon. Mahalo!

Thank you for staying with us! We're so glad you enjoyed the property. We appreciate your patience at check-in and hope to welcome you back again soon!

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay on the north shore and we hope to welcome you back again in the future, Aloha.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay at the Plantation at Princeville. We appreciate your positive comments about the smooth check-in process, the management responsiveness and the amenities provided. We are glad to hear that you found the pool area to be quiet and peaceful. We appreciate your input and will take your suggestion about adding a beach umbrella, beach toys and more beach chairs into consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to better meet your expectations in the future and assist you in selecting an accommodation that is the perfect fit for your stay.

Mahalo Samatha for your 5-star review and comments. We are happy to hear that you had a nice time and enjoyed using all the beach gear during your stay. The units are stocked with 1 beach towel per guest. We would have sent additional if we had known you needed more. For the safety of our guests, we do not typically leave any open food or condiments in the unit, other than salt and pepper. All of the units are stocked with bathroom tissue, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and other items to get you started. In the future, please let us know if you need extra towels or other items and we will happily send them over to you. We look forward to hosting you again soon. Aloha and a hui hou!

Mahalo Michele for your review. We too love Kauai! We look forward to hosting you again soon and a hui hou!

Aloha Sandra, we are truly sorry about what you experienced. However, there are two sides to the story. We got the email the day before your son was to check out about finding the "white worms". When we called the unit to gather more info, your son stated that "they did not generate a lot of trash and had not taken any out since they arrived" on the 23rd. This was over a week and we recommended he take it out. Our Senior Property Manager did go to the unit to inspect that afternoon and found a trash can 2/3 full of trash, including a rotting pineapple core and more "white worms". We removed the trash, sanitized the trash can and left a note explaining what we had done. Unfortunately, in the tropics one cannot leave trash for an extended length of time. It does seem we addressed the issue timely (same day) and appropriately (removed them), but we are sorry you are disappointed. Lastly, we have not had any other reports of problems since. Mahalo.

Mahalo Mark for your review. I see that the AC was out, but we provided a portable as a substitute. We are sorry for any additional inconvenience. We wish we could have gotten it repaired prior to your arrival, but the part was needed from the mainland. I have noted it in your folio to do a little something extra for you when you return as a gesture of gratitude. Aloha and we hope to see you again soon.

Aloha Meredith and Mahalo for your review. We are happy that you will return and look forward to hosting you again soon. We apologize for any confusion on the AC, but just want to clarify that the living room, dining area and kitchen all have AC as well as the master bedroom. It is just the guest bedroom that does not have AC. A hui hou!
