This Seascape villa is just steps to the beach and conveniently located in West Beach Village. However, there is no pool access.

There is a king bed and a sleeper sofa in this upstairs villa with a raised ceiling in the living room and screened porch. The bathroom is bright and clean with a walk in shower. The screened porch is already our favorite "room" - perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage.

The villa was fantastic and just a few steps to the beach. It was perfect for my daughter and I to get away to our favorite place for a few days. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed our time.

Proximity to beach was great. Condo is a bit dated. Furniture not super comfortable. Host was great in Terms of communication. The area is fantastic.

Very close to the beach - less than a 5-minute walk! The host was very responsive and helpful. It was an added bonus that we could bring our pug with us and know that she was welcome. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, which is always important. It could use a little TLC for things like painted surfaces and better lighting in the living room. Overall, a great place for a stay on Kiawah Island!

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and with all the amenities to make our visit comfortable. The location allowed for a very short walk to the beach which was so convenient.

Amazing stay!

Perfect place for my husband, pup, and I for a long weekend! Short walk to the beach and had everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood and we loved sitting on the patio in the evenings.

So glad you had a good time! Future guests please note that we require a week long rental at this villa. We made an exception for these renters because a confirmed renter had to cancel at the very last minute.

We took our dog and she enjoyed it as well. The owner was always quick to respond...always kind and courteous.

Nice Holiday Getaway

A really nicely renovated villa offering us a clean and comfortable holiday retreat. We especially liked relaxing on the screened-in porch. Beautiful island with many activities to do nearby and in Charleston.

Great and relaxing getaway

Location was good. Enjoyed beach and bike trail-great way to explore island. Freshfields Village great place for restaurants and shopping and very convenient. Unit was clean and owner a pleasure to work with.

Seascape on kiawah

We really enjoyed the screened in porch the deer came through every morning.Pleasantly surprised to hear the ocean on the porch and dog friendly is a must have.Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Location, location, location …

A short walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes). Very clean villa and well stocked with all of the necessities. Excellent communication with property owner. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location!

This is a great place for a couple or small family. Nice, private screened in porch. 3-5 minute walk to Boardwalk 7. Susie was very responsive with any inquiries I had during our stay.

Thanks for the nice review! We have found the villa to be a shorter walk to the beach - it is effectively across the villa parking lot from the beach. There are no ocean views though. Future guests, please don't hesitate to ask for the address so you can see for yourself how close it is to the beach.

Great place for a quick get away

Well maintained; close to the beach. A couple of minor items we reported to the owner and they were taken care of. Loved being able to take our small dog with us. We would rent this property again.
