Amazing villa, had everything you need, clean, great location. The pool was nice and warm (have to pay a little extra for heated but was worth it). Thank you Ray & family! We can’t wait to come back

Really swift and helpful responses from Ray made booking simple. Villa is in a perfect location, easy to find with easy parking. Villa was clean and perfect for our needs and the pool was a perfect size. Would stay again

We all had a very lovely stay in this villa. It has a great pool, and we are glad we chose to have it heated, as it made it a really comfortable temperature, even on some windy days! Our host Ray, was very helpful, and answered all my queries, and also very accommodating when we decided that we wanted a late check out. It was clean, and spacious, outside and in, with a ten minute walk to local bars, and the waterpark, and a 15 minute walk to the top of Corralejo town. We really enjoyed our stay, and our little boy is already missing the pool! Thank you!

The pictures don't do this justice, absolutely stunning, spacious villa that could easily be your main home. Loads of outside space, including beautiful roof terrace, big pool that could fit all 4 of us at once in (paid for it to be heated), and plenty of seats/sun loungers. TV is not smart but gets UK terrestrial/freesat channels so still plenty to watch. Kitchen roomy enough to cook in but also got a few bars/shops within 10 mins walk and main strip of Correlejo within 20-30 mins walk. Showers are lovely and was plenty of hot water. Also recommend: Popcorn beach if you're insured for off road or fancy a walk.Kayaking in Caleta de Fuste.Betancuria, although roads are a little scary to get there.Lejares for Saturday market - amazing local artists selling great gifts for family at home or yourselves!! Various supermarkets in 10 min walk or others 5 min drive.Overall, loved our holiday here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks Ray for being a great host.

Wonderful villa

This villa is an absolutely lovely place to stay. There is plenty of space, it is very clean, the pool was wonderful (we had it heated and it was perfect). It is only a 15-20 minute walk into the main town of Corralejo where there is a fantastic choice of restaurants. Would definitely recommend this beautiful villa and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location .

We have been to the villa numerous times now and it is in a great location , so relaxing , near to main shopping strip of corralejo . The villa since staying last time has had new modern bathrooms installed , which are lovely . The pool is of good size and the villa has everything you need . Great communication with Ray and very easy check in by a gate key code .

Great villa, spacious with a great outdoor area and massive roof terrace. We used the pool every day. Great proximity to the centre of town which can be done in a 15-20 minute walk. Only one thing which would really enhance the villa would be air conditioning as could be very stuffy at night with just fans in the middle of July. All in all an excellent stay and would recommend.

GREAT VALUE

Villa is within walking distance of the town centre and harbour, 20 minutes there. We are all over 64 and we managed it. For the money this represents excellent value.

Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable villa

Very comfortable and spacious villa. Refurbished bathrooms and internal tiled floors are a delight. Noise from the main road at the back is a little annoying, but we got used to it. Not always easy to park by our gate because of neighbour's cars, but these are minor quibbles. Overall, a lovely place to stay, relax and explore the area.

Excellent Villa

Stayed here with our Daughter aged 21 in July 2022. Villa was excellent and as per photos (although was bigger than photos) Its about a 20 minute walk to the main strip or 4 euro in a taxi. Villa had everything we needed and had recently had new bathrooms installed so looks very modern. Host was very easy to contact and quick to reply so on the whole excellent stay and would have not hesitation of staying again.

Perfect Place

What an amazing property. Juat close enough and just far enough away from the busy area. Near to the beach and the volcanic horizon. The property had great amenties, was very clean, had a lovely pool and was perfect for us to relax in and go out and about easily if we wanted. The owner sent very clear instructions on how to get there from.the airport and there was a very conicise folder about the surrounding area. Thank you, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable break.

Go for it

The villa and the heated pool were quite OK and the host, Ray especially so - not so much the strict manager. There´s a busy highway just on the other side of the courtyard wall. Otherwise the surroundings were quiet.

Excellent property - upgrade need and programmed

This was an excellent property, layout, facilities and all it promised. It was well appointed with items required in the kitchen, for the pool etc. It also has TV for all including BBC/ITV for all UK nations - great addition if needed. The property needs a bit of an upgrade in terms of paintwork and general TLC - but from our understanding this is due imminently and once done this will be an excellent holiday experience. The property is within walking distance, if physically able, to shops etc. My party had a fantastic holiday in this excellent property - we have to thank the owner for all assistance given before and during our stay. We would recommend this property highly.

needs updating

only rented this property as it had a heated pool that i paid extra for, after 4 days of waiting of messages and temp tested was told it was broke and by sounds of it was broke previous week too. villa is huge but needs serious updating, couldnt park on drive either as neighbour across the way used all the street for car repairs, even asking me to move the car form outside the villa and park down the street sorry but wouldnt stay here again

Christmas Stay

Overall a good stay at the villa which is what we expected for the price. The only downsides for us where the heated pool was not hot enough and we still couldn't use it despite paying extra for it and asking specifically for it to be warm. As we stayed in the winter this was a negative.Also just the beds banging against the wall could be fixed so easily as literally keep you awake every time you turn over in the night but beds were comfy. However there are lots of positives the villa has everything you need and is so well equipped with towels, push chairs, books, heaters , alll kitchen facilities and condiments etc. so spacious inside and out and was spotlessly clean. Villa manager lovely and helpful as well. Good communication when needed. We would return and recommend to others. But we would not bother paying for the pool to be heated.

February family holiday

The spacious villa was ideal for our needs, it was very clean and smelled fresh on arrival. Both the gate and front door are difficult to open and close and need adjusting to avoid having to slam. The WiFi was excellent and the TV has English channels. Kitchen is dated but clean with a good supply of condiments. Bedrooms have comfortable beds, duvets and extra blankets. Bathrooms are modern, showers powerful and perfect for us. The outdoor area is large, we made use of the BBQ and enjoyed watching the sun go down from the patio. The rattan furniture in the seating area could do with renewing as showing signs of wear and sagging but still usuable. The pool was enjoyed by all, we paid to have it heated and the temperature was perfect. There were inflatable rings, beach ball etc. to use and it was cleaned by Dave before we arrived and while we were there. It’s probably in need of an upgrade as the blue tile pattern has worn off but nothing that prevents it from being fully usuable. The sunbeds are cracked in places and their cushions are in desperate need of replacing as they are very grubby, clearly very well used. There is a busy road very close to the villa, it is noisy but didn’t spoil things for us. The town is a 20 minute walk and a taxi home costs around 6 euros with tip. The property manager Tina was quick to respond when we had a problem and this was resolved quickly. Overall we had a great, relaxing holiday in Ray’s villa, many thanks also to Tina and Dave.

Villa espaciosa pero necesita algunos retoques urgentes.

La casa es enorme, luminosa y agradable. La comunicación con Ray y los encargados de la misma fue muy buena, solucionando los inconvenientes al momento. Sin embargo está al lado de la carretera general y el ruido en la zona de terraza es constante aunque se puede estar. Puntos negativos: la limpieza fundamentalmente. Nos encontramos las hamacas muy sucias y las colchonetas fatal,.teniendo que llar para que las cambiaran. Los vasos, las sartenes( una con restos de comida) y parte de la cubertería tuvimos que ponerla en el lavavajillas por tener huellas de dedos y grasa. Esto ha sido lo peor. La zona de terraza también necesita una limpieza a fondo. En Fuerteventura siempre hay polvo pero hay zonas a las que hace tiempo que no les llega el agua. En general la villa está bien y si se soluciona el tema anterior puede ser un lugar muy bueno.

Todo bien

Todo el alojamiento estuvo muy bien, el trato del propietario muy bueno. Lo único malo que destacaría son los perros de los vecinos.

Lovely villa plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Nearby road can be heard but not an issue for us. Easy walk into Corraleyo. Ray was very easy to deal with and answered any questions we had very quickly and was an excellent host. Worth staying here as close enough to the town but far enough out that you don't get the nightime noise.
