Beautiful Villa With Pool, Quiet Location Directly Overlooking The Sea

Overlooking the sea with spectacular views, Ocean View 4 is one of an exclusive development of only 6 terraced villas which share a swimming pool. Ocean View is set in a quiet location very close to a small sandy beach. The property is just 250 metres from the centre of Luz and its main beach, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. This air-conditioned property is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The property has a large open plan lounge/dining area with wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling patio doors providing breathtaking views of the sea and opening out onto a spacious terrace (with retractable shade) and lawn equipped with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and a large Weber Gas BBQ on the kitchen terrace. The property has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The villa shares a pool and has secure underground parking for 2 cars. See the floor plans included in the photos to get an idea of the layout. The rooms sizes are given in square metres! Free Wifi. For stays over 7 days, a midweek towel change and clean is included.

We were very impressed with this condo. It was just as described on the website and we found it to be perfect for our trip to the Algarve. The host and property manager were helpful and friendly. We will definitely plan another trip soon!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable villa with amazing ocean view. Host & representatives are responsive and helpful. Walking distance to everything in Luz. Underground parking garage a plus. Had a wonderful relaxing stay, would definitely recommend and return.

The sea view from the living and terrace is stunning, and the house is spacious and proper and had everything we needed. It offers a lot of privacy. It is only a five minutes' walk from the restaurants in Praia da Luz and from the beach. Lagos is at 15 minutes. I recommend a stay here without any hesitation.

The villa is beautiful and very spacious. Having a garage space was really nice as well. The location is perfect! It is quiet but also close to all the amenities.

Beautiful well located place. Spacious, clean, host was easy to communicate with close to everything. Bbq and pool were great additions.

Beautiful villa in amazing location…the views are incredible! Furnished and equipped to high standard & very specious. Short walk to Luz & beautiful beaches. Perfect location for family holiday. Really hope to return!

Luz is great

Property is excellent; unit is nicer than the photos show! Location just outside the town centre is perfect; 3 minute walk yet dark and quiet at night. All good, 5 stars all around.

Great Villa

Our stay was more than we expected. The location was great, clean and Jane was awesome. She reached out to us while we were traveling and stopped by to make sure everything was good. Check in was easy. We cannot say enough about our stay. We look forward to going back.

Breathtaking

Amazing view of the ocean. Huge villa with everything you need, the underground parking is such a treat. Less than 10mins walk from the beach, but in a quiet spot. The pictures really don't make it justice, it is simply wonderful

Lovely villa in a quiet location

Villa was beautiful spacious. To come down in the morning and see those amazing views was just breathtaking. Location was amazing . A downside to us: The BBQ is a gas BBQ and used by the previous tenant as an ashtray with more than 50 cigarette butts still in it

We never imagined we'd own a holiday property as we love to travel and explore new places. We had our first holiday in the Algarve with our little boy, then 2. We stayed in one of the 6 properties that make up Ocean View. We had a fantastic time. It got us thinking about how relaxed family holidays would be if we knew what to expect when we got there. The idea of going somewhere new and different made our little boy rather anxious. 2 years later we returned to Praia da Luz having decided to try and buy a property. We couldn't quite believe it when Ocean View 4 was available to buy just when we were visiting. Having compared this to lots of other properties, we just couldn't beat the location and view - so peaceful and relaxing.

We just love the location. A view to enjoy and photograph time after time. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Far enough away from everything to be peaceful.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Ocean View is truly a view you'll want to photograph and enjoy day after day! You will also enjoy the spaciousness of the inside of the villa. Even when the villa is full with 6 adults you will still feel like there is plenty of space for you all. The upstairs balcony is a great place to hide away and read your book. The shared swimming pool is in a lovely location again with a fab view and it can be a bonus that the noise of the pool is set far enough away that it won't disturb. For people with very young children, not having a pool immediately outside your sliding doors can be a relief, no need to worry the little ones will venture out on their own. We visit twice a year at the beginning and end of the season to enjoy a holiday and to check the place over. We take pride in knowing it is well equipped and well presented.
