We absolutely loved the cottage! It was such a great location, and had everything we could have needed during our vacation. Communication from the Host was excellent, we were able to check in seamlessly, and even a little earlier than we had planned which was awesome! We will definitely be back next summer, Thanks so much for such an amazing stay!

The Dunne cottage was wonderful. Immaculately clean, wonderful linens and towels provided, and very well equipped. We did a lot of cooking there and did not want for anything in the kitchen or the grill.Julia, Marti and Ed were great hosts. Easy to contact ( although there was never a problem to report) and kind to check in and see how everything was going. We would highly recommend this location.Happy Travelers,Kathy and Shaun

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is exactly as stated and very clean.Although a bit small, we made do. We had relatives next door so found ourselves seldom at the cottage. I liked the idea of linens and towels provided as well as beach chairs that were quite nice.The kitchen is well equipped to make a full meal. The bedroom is air conditioned so that is nice as well. The couch in the living room/kitchen area was a two seater with a slipcover. Slipcover wasn’t the best. Be aware that the owners are on the property daily for its upkeep and they keep it impeccable! You have full use of the property as well. We did have dinner one night on the picnic table which sits atop a hill and the views are spectacular…enjoy your stay

Dune’s cottage is tops from its hilltop location to its welcoming accommodations!

Dunne’s Cottage had every thing we needed and more. We look forward to visiting this lovely place again and again.

Long weekend getaway

It was beautifully kept and a nice weekend away. It was a perfect sized space for our needs and the kitchen and appliances were perfect so we could eat in on vacation and save $

Super nice owners! Great affordable stay.

Perfect place!

We loved staying at Dunne Cottage, which is well located, bright, clean, and well equipped. It had everything we needed to enjoy a week on the island, and Julia and Marti were wonderful hosts. Stay here!

Quaint countryside cottage

We had a lovely time in the cottage. Loved the outdoor shower, beach chairs were a big plus and the central location in the island was perfect for exploring. Thanks so much for a relaxing, fun week.

Everything we needed for a few days on the Island. Welcoming hosts live next door. Quiet location but close to main part of town.

Marti and Ed were so sweet. The cottage is a perfect retreat with everything you could need to enjoy the island.

The Dunne Cottage

A lovely quiet spot for us to use as home base for our bicycle trips to beaches, tennis and downtown. Owners are lovely and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay on one of our favorite places BI!

Excellent, peaceful stay in lovely cottage

A+ hosts and beautiful property. Fully equipped and well cared for. The cottage overlooks rolling hills and stonewalls. Absolutely gorgeous!

Lovely, peaceful cottage

I rented a large house but needed some extra room. This cottage was perfect for my son and daughter. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

BI cottage.

Small and very clean. Everything you need is there.biggest drawback was the steep and uneven stairs to get to the unit, otherwise all was good.

Fabulous week

My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful week. Ed, Marti , and Julia are wonderful hosts. The place is terrific, quaint and very comfortable. It is very clean and well stocked. The location is great. Can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful cottage. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Short drive to beach and town. Kitchen had everything you need. Ac cooled entire unit down on hot days. Great response time with host. Outdoor shower was nice.
