Newly Renovated Home In The Heart Of Eastham

The interior renovations are complete! We are thrilled to offer you the following: a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile floor, crisp white cabinets and granite counter top, brand new windows including a beautiful bay window in the kitchen. The bedrooms have new carpeting and new mattresses. The two bathrooms have been completely redone with new tile shower/tub, new vanities and tile floors. The interior of the house is freshly painted in soothing beach house colors.
Our spacious home has two bedrooms upstairs; one with two twin beds and a sitting area with a TV and one with two twin beds and a queen. The upstairs also has a full bath. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds, along with a full bath.
There is plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy the new flat screen TV and working fireplace. The large dining room table has ample space to play cards or enjoy a meal. The basement is a haven for kids with an air hockey table, TV and a PlayStation gaming system with games. The dryer and new washer (2019) are also in the basement.
You can enjoy the outdoors on the deck or lounge in our favorite hangout spot - the large screened in porch, which has a flat screen TV and ample seating. We also have a new spacious outdoor shower, a gas and a charcoal grill.

Our home is close to the bike trail, Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beach. This is a spacious house, great for a big family gathering!

The house was comfortable, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. Also a great location, easy access to beaches and other Cape experiences. Our three generations had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed the turkeys who visited from time to time, and the seals popping their heads up in the ocean. And the lunar eclipse was a special treat!

Beautiful Eastham Rental

Wonderful stay at this house. Enjoyed the week tremendously, house was terrific, outdoor porch is really great. Eastham is a great part of Cspe Cod.

A great vacation spot

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for dinners and just hanging out. Great location ….and lovely front yard which was perfect for our yard game! Thank you to our hosts for a fabulous week!

Amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful time at Priscilla's home and feel lucky to have found it. The location is so close to the beach, bay and easy to get to different areas on the Cape. Clean and modern, the home was the perfect size for our family meetup and everyone enjoyed their stay! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Perfect Vacation

Plenty of room to relax. The screened in porch was our favorite spot . Kitchen and bathrooms were lovely. The location was ideal .

Peaceful stay

Lovely, spacious home was exactly as described. The best feature is the screened-in porch, and we also appreciated the very private back yard. The owner responded immediately to any issues that arose.

Wonderful

A beautiful home in a quiet location. It was perfect for our group of 7 people. Loved being able to access nearby ocean beaches, ponds and restaurants by bike to avoid any traffic or parking issues. Hope to visit again another year!

Clean and comfortable.

The home is updated and modern . We rent on the cape every year and this house is our favorite for two families and 8 people. We spent all our time on the porch when there and would suggest it for anyone who asks!

Early Summer Trip

Lots of space for three separate family groups. Upstairs was perfect for the babies to have their space and quiet. Screened in porch was a great bonus. Lots of parking. Great first time in Eastham.

Fantastic house! We have rented on the Cape for over 30 years and this house is one of the best! Very clean, Plenty of room, and the star of the show is the large, very comfortable screened porch! When we weren’t at the beach, we were in the screened porch. The owner was extremely friendly and answered a text immediately. If you’re vacationing in Eastham - this is your rental!!!

Perfect for two families!

Better than described! Excellent communication, clean, great location, perfect set up for two families. Screened in porch is awesome! Quiet neighborhood. Buy the Cape Cod National Seashore pass for $60 and go see all the beaches. Our favorite cape house so far!

Perfect beach house

Photos did not do this property justice. It was the perfect beach house. Wonderful screen in porch, deck and grill area. Perfect house layout (2 beds and 1 bath both upstairs and downstairs). Great location and nice quiet street - close to favorite beaches (bay and ocean side), close to bike trail.

Great place for two bike-riding families

We just left the house this morning, and our kids are already asking if we can go back. This house is beautiful and conveniently located minutes away from the Rail Trail, the Salt Pond Visitors Center, and Arnold’s Minigolf & Ice Cream. We loved the bike rides to Coast Guard Beach and the sunsets at First Encounter Beach, but the best part was the blissfully peaceful post-kiddo-bedtimes glass of wine on the screened in porch (by far our favorite part of the house). Highly recommend this place, especially for bike-riding families.

A Little Slice of Heaven.....

I have been vacationing on Cape Cod for one-two weeks every summer for the past 65 years. The Cape is our "happy place" - starting with my parents and continuing with our two daughters and now 4 grandchildren. We have stayed at many places and enjoyed them all - this rental tops the list - spacious, lovely, close to all our favorite places.... and a screened-in porch which was our haven during the hottest two weeks we've ever experienced at the Cape!

Peace & Relaxation

This is a wonderful, clean and spacious property in a convenient and peaceful location. We were lucky enough to check in a little early due to the efficient cleaning team, and easy check in process, and even though we had internet difficulties for 24 hours the owners were very responsive and worked with us to get it rectified. The covered sunroom was an added bonus which we used for games night, dining and relaxing after a long hot day at the beach. Loved this property and will certainly be back next year. Thank you.

Beautiful Family Home

This is a wonderful property! It was a great space for our family of 7. The screened in porch was great for keeping little ones entertained and contained - equipped with comfortable seating, dining area and tv. Lots of board game choices too! Our kids loved the air hockey table. The house had plenty of space and seating for all. Kitchen was well equipped for eating in. Between bedroom ACs and fans throughout, the house stayed cool day and night. The outdoor shower was clean and great after the beach. House is nicely updated and decorated. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Home

The house is wonderful. Spacious 4 bedrooms, roomy (and well appointed) kitchen. Dining area and living room easily accommodates eight adults. And that lovely and expansive screen porch with stuff wicker furniture? perfect for lazy afternoons, reading a book or working on a puzzle. The home is terrific, and the location is perfect (~8min down side roads to two of the best national seashore beaches in the land). The house is very clean, and extremely well equipped. Communication throughout the rental process was effortless. Five Stars+++

Girlfriend Retreat

House was perfect for our group of 7/8 girlfriends to escape to the Cape for a week. Great overall house layout and bed configuration, plenty of parking for a group. Room for a group to spread out, very clean (even the outdoor shower) and everything appeared exactly as shown in the photos. We did not use the unfinished basement gathering area, but if your group includes kids/teens, they will find it a fun place to hang out. The owners clearly take excellent care of this home. The screened porch area was our favorite spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and late night chats. Super easy access to bay and ocean beaches, bike path, and only a 30 min drive to PTown as well as Chatham. Priscilla, the owner, was great. All communication was clear, responsive, and timely. Our entire group agrees, a 5 star rating in all categories!

Beautiful and very well equipped!

Such a lovely home. My entire family thanked me for finding it. Wild turkeys were spotted every morning and the kitchen had everything! Our favorite spot was the screen room!

The McAleneys have vacationed on Cape Cod since the 1960's. My husband's family spent many summers staying in the the Three Sisters - cottages attached to Nauset Light. We have vacationed in Eastham with our three children for the past 25 years. We have such wonderful memories of spending time in Eastham with family and friends We've enjoyed bonfires on Coast Guard Beach, Lobster dinners and miles of biking on the trail. Jon and I both grew up in Chatham, NJ and we currently live in Mendham, NJ. We are so excited to now own our own home on the Cape and to share it with you.
