Spacious 5-Bedroom Retreat in the Heart of Orleans, MA

The perfect location! Ten minute walk to Cape Cod Baseball...fifteen minute walk to Orleans center...five minute walk to bowling...extraordinary playground next door with fields and tennis courts...five minutes by car to the Bay beach, ten minutes to Nauset. This versatile home has five bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is modern, with a Viking range and granite counters including a large island, and open to a full dining room with sliders to the deck with a Weber grill. The five bedrooms will sleep as many as 10 people. The sitting area downstairs includes a 52 in Smart TV and a washer and dryer. There is also a second kitchen for snacks! The living room has an electric recliner and a 65 in Smart TV. Right outside the back door is a spacious outdoor shower. Plenty of parking for you and your guests. You won't find a more family friendly house! Lots of fun outdoors with provided tennis racquets, baseball/softball equipment, corn hole game, wiffleball and plastic racquet game with balls. One bicycle available to use too! Ac unit recently added to the lower level too!

**Blankets and Pillows are provided, but you will need to bring or rent sheets and towels**

This home was perfect for six adults and three teens. It’s close proximity to all the local beaches and fun activities. I highly recommend it!

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was excellent and made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The layout of the home was perfect, with well-separated bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. We especially enjoyed spending time on the spacious deck—it was a great place to relax with morning coffee and unwind in the evenings. The lower level was another great feature, providing extra living space for games, watching TV, or simply spreading out especially for the grandkids!!! Overall, the house was comfortable, well-designed, and made for a very enjoyable vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our 6 adult, 2 children family- it says it sleeps 10. The kitchen was beautiful- loved getting up in the morning and getting our breakfast ready and set up on the large island for my family. Nice pantry to store all the groceries that I brought with us. 2 king beds and a queen bed with an en-suite upstairs was perfect and 2 rooms downstairs, one with 2 queens and the other with 2 twins. Also great having a small kitchen downstairs with a refrigerator as well along with a washer and dryer downstairs too. We asked our 2 kids how they liked the house and they said it was great but they would havre liked a bigger yard. I’d say this house worked great for my family especially as Skaket Beach was only 5 minutes away and Nauset beach was about 10 minutes. Lastly, Jen was great during the whole process!

Outstanding home and location

We were pleasantly surprised at the space and layout of the house for our group of 9. While we weren’t there at the height of summer (quite the opposite) the access to downtown Orleans was fabulous.

Family Trip

We stayed in this house with my family of four, my brother's family of five, and our mother (grandmother). The layout worked great for my mother to have her own en-suite bathroom and the kids loved having the basement bedrooms and hangout area. The location in Orleans is a reasonable walk to the Orleans town center and an easy walk to the baseball field to watch the Orleans Firebirds.

We really loved this house. Its location is ideal for easy access to town, beaches and cape cod baseball.Bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable, open kitchen roomy and well stocked.Only issue was with spiders in the house. We found numerous baby spider crawling on the ceiling of 2 upstairs bedrooms and in the kitchen. When cleaning up after them we encountered numerous spider webs. We think the cleaners should be clearing spider webs maybe to keep this from happening?

We recently spent a Friday- Monday at this beautiful home. There were 10 adults and a toddler. There was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was well stocked with many items. The grill was also used with no issues.Just a couple of minor issues that were taken care of fairly quickly. First was that I was notified a few days prior to going that we needed to bring our own sheets. Looking back at the add, could not locate that anywhere. We managed to scramble and bring some from home. Just lucky that was brought up before we got there! Second, just a suggestion, no where in the booklet at the house was the Wi-Fi password. Had to make a call for this. Lastly, the house was supposed to be air conditioned, but none were put in. We rented one week before the start of the season and that first day was almost unbearable. We made another call and the owner drove up the next day and put them all in for us. Just a couple of small glitches. Over all we had a great time and were very close to many things! The only regret is that we all wished we were able to stay there longer. Highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this spacious cottage, conveniently located in the heart of Orleans. All of our favorite places were within reasonable driving distance, and we found the cottage to be comfortable and well-equipped. Hoping to return for a slightly longer visit next year!
