​Located on the ground floor of a historic building, the apartment features thick stone walls that keep it naturally cool and refreshing, even during the hottest summer days.
​To ensure your absolute comfort, we have also equipped the space with air conditioning and fans to suit every preference.

​⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: To respect our building’s community regulations, the air conditioning must be turned off at night (from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM) to prevent noise in the courtyard. Thanks to the natural insulation and the provided fans, the apartment stays perfectly comfortable through the night!

AMENITIES & EXTRA SERVICES: As this is a self-catering apartment, we provide an initial starter kit (toilet paper and soap) and one set of towels per guest.

The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us! We loved the inner courtyard in the morning enjoying our coffee. It was easy walking distance to all of the museums, piazzas, cathedrals & shopping. Check in and check out were easy. Rosy was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect stay.

We were very happy to find a clean and well appointed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The location was superb. We were easily able to walk to venues and the train station is nearby. There are lots of really good quality and priced restaurants in the area. And the coffee shops! Chocolate croissants! The beds were so comfortable, couldn’t believe it. We looked forward to laying down each night. And we so enjoyed the patio. Thank you Rosy for a lovely VRBO

Amazing property

This property was perfect for our family of four (children aged 15&12). It’s location was a short walk from the train station, all attractions and the grocery store. Would highly recommend!

Quiet location

Place was nice and clean and easy to get to all locations from. 3 of us were able to spread out. Nice to have the little court yard as we were there during a heat wave.

The property was great and we enjoyed the courtyard immensely. Walking wsa easy to most attractions. Ths musician on the second floor serenaded us several nights as he practiced. Overall a great plac eto stay and we will return.

This was a perfect location close to downtown

The place was clean close to everything. We were greeted upon our arrival. Great courtyard. Would definitely recommend, but bring your own shampoo and soap as this was not provided.

Being the apartment on the ground floor it is easy and comfortable to carry your luggage in. The location of the apartment allows our guests to come back home and having a break during the day, and sightseeing later... without taking any bus or taxi.
Arriving by train our guests can reach our apartment from the S.M. Novella railway station easily on foot (15 minutes) without taking any cab or bus, if they wish.
From SM Novella railway station our guests can get buses or train to easily reach (and without driving) all the most important towns of art in Tuscany (Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo).

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

A great advantage of this apartment is the outside space that is of exclusive use of our customers. The entire apartment overlooks a private inner courtyard (not the road) and that's why at night you don't hear any noise of traffic although the street is not busy. Moreover our guests can relax and eat open air.
Being situated on the ground floor it is easy and comfortable to carry in your luggage without having to climb several stairs.
Our apartment is located in an ideal location, close to everything but away from the crowds of tourists, in a typical Florentine neighborhood.
