We left a few days early because I had bites on my legs one morning and found what looks like signs of bedbugs.

Hello Nicole, Thank you for sharing your review. We are quite surprised by your comments about bed bugs, as our inspection confirmed there was no such issue, which is also clear from the photos, as those marks aren't typical of bed bugs. As well as the very low score for our communication. Even though our checks showed everything was fine, we did everything we could to accommodate you and handle the situation with care and promptness. Kind regards, Matias

We stayed a week in a very warm September. Highly recommended place. Perks:Fantastic location, safe and convenient Responsive and helpful ownerExcellent clothing storageComplete kitchenMinor annoyances:AC couldn’t quite keep up, maybe a fan to move the cool air towards the bed would have helped.More than 1 towel per guest per week would be appreciated.WiFi was a little erratic and didn’t seem to cover the whole apartment. We could still download what we needed from the kitchen.

Great experience all around! They had someone waiting for us when we arrived who showed us how to get in, showed us around the apartment, and answered our questions. They were super responsive too. They give you a rundown of how the appliances work and suggest food in town as well (local spots). There is no microwave. The room was perfect for us, but in the middle of the summer the room got hot. We cranked the A/C the entire time but was still hot at night. You can’t beat this location, especially for the price.

wonderful (small) apartment! we loved the layout. The location was so perfect, right in the middle of everything. One of our BEST restaurant experiences was from a restaurant two doors down from us! And there is a meat shop just next door with a wonderful proprietor with beautiful meats.

The entire experience was great. They were easy to communicate with. Cesare was very welcoming during the check in, even at the late hour. Great location close to the main attractions but in an alley that doesn't have a lot of foot traffic.
