THE BACKYARD OFFERS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BE NESTLED AMONG A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE FOREST, SIT OUT BY THE POOL, ENJOY THE HOT-TUB, EXPERIENCE THE SAUNA OR CLIMB UP AND SEE THE VIEW FROM THE CHARMING TREE HOUSE, WHICH IS ENCLOSED AND HAS ELECTRICITY . THE PROPERTY ALSO HAS A SMALL VINEYARD OF CABERNET GRAPES, A QUAINT BARN, A 2 HORSE STABLE , LEMON, PEAR AND APPLE TREES.

THE GUEST HOUSE HAS TWO FULL BATHROOMS, ONE OF WHICH OPENS TO THE BACKYARD TO BE USED AS A POOL BATH WHICH CONNECTS TO A CHANGING AREA.

ALL BEDS HAVE TOP OF THE LINE LUXURY MATTRESSES AND SHEETS.

THE MAIN HOUSE HAS A GREAT LAYOUT WITH A LARGE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, DEN WITH SAMSUNG CURVED 50" T.V. , KITCHEN WITH DINETTE AND A HALF BATH. THE HOUSE HAS ALL NEW FURNISHINGS.

This house is home away from home. The place was spotless, clean, fresh, and fully stocked. The amenities are fully functional, clean, and easy to use. We used all the amenities - the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. We got to celebrate my husband’s 40th and the property was perfect. It exceeded our expectation and we will definitely come back to this property.

Six of us at age 79, all high school friends from a small town in Mn , now living around the country, had the best reunion at the beautiful Tree House.We all had our own bedroom and bath, each equally beautiful. We enjoyed every living space of the house, and the hot tub and pool. So many other activities available around the beautiful grounds for younger families and guests.The location so close to Healdsburg and multiple very good wineries made travel easy. Another special trip was walking the trails of Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve near Guerneville approx 50 minute drive from the house.Our visit was the week before Labor day weekend, everything was so pleasant , no crowds for wineries or shopping, easy to get into the many top notch restaurants, and very little traffic.The Tree house was so perfect to just sit and enjoy the views with coffee in the morning or wine later. All communication was very easy with property managers. Thank you to Christine and Don for thinking of everything in making this one of the best vacation rentals. Linda D

House was spacious and most organized and stocked kitchen of any rental home I've stayed in, which was great for making Thanksgiving dinner! Location is super cool. Three generations of our family (6 adults & 4 children) had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about this property exceeded my expectations (and they were high)! Beautifully furnished throughout, as described, with all of the comforts and exceptional amenities, making our stay so relaxing, fun, and special. Outdoor area is fabulous--so much to do!! We had an absolute blast staying here with our friends! The property and grounds had everything - generous-sized pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, bocce ball court, cornhole, sauna, tree house. We didn't even get a chance to use all the facilities. The house itself was generously appointed, spotless, modern but very cozy. Linens were soft and clean, A/C blew cold despite the 95 degree days. We lazed away the summer days by the pool, and continued the fun by playing cards and and board games indoors in the evenings. Though there were three separate families spending the weekend together, the house was large enough that we never felt crowded at any point. The two highlights for me: (a) every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and (b) the modern kitchen. Though we had agreed to dine out for most of our stay, breakfasts were a joy to prepare in the well-stocked kitchen. Christine, the host/owner, was super communicative and pleasant. Check-in and check-out instructions were detailed, and we didn't need to have much back-and-forth (though I'm sure she would have been responsive if anything came up). Thank you for the wonderful stay. We hope to come up again soon!

Top Chef Stay

The property was beautiful, the house was perfect for what we were looking for and needed. Christine was easy to work with and made our reservation so easy. The guests thoroughly enjoyed their time there and we would love to use the house again!

Amazing place and great stay!

It is rare to say, but the pictures and description of the property and the house undersell it. This is a special property. The outdoor space is incredible - from the pool area to the treehouse to the views to the trees. The house itself is also great - very spacious and also warm feeling and well-appointed. This was the perfect spot for our multigenerational family trip. Thanks again!
