Hello Althie, Thank you for your review as we value all our guest's feedback. We are sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. Our description on the VRBO listing is very clear that this resort-like complex is across the street from the beach. There is a convenient beach access that is well-marked. The beauty of this complex are all the onsite amenities, spacious condos for larger groups and great rates. We are sorry the Florida weather didn't cooperate the week you were here, we had a wetter summer than usual. If you had called our office pertaining to the AC temperature we would have had no issue allowing it to be lowered to be more comfortable. We just advise our guests to not drop too low as this will freeze the AC unit and stop it from working altogether. Also our terms and agreement is clearly outlined on the VRBO listing which outlines the rules of the complex, as well as our rental terms. We apologize you missed these during your booking process.
