Publix supermarket where guests can pick up all their grocery needs is only a few mins drive away. You can find charming and distinctive neighborhood boutiques at both Flagler Avenue and Canal Street Downtown that made New Smyrna beach special - laid back, quaint and unique. World-famous Daytona International Speedway, Cape Canaveral, and Disney attractions are all within drive distance. Fantastic Condo & Location

We spent a long weekend here with our adult children (in their 20s). Cannot say a single negative about the entire experience. Condo is clean, well furnished, spacious and even better than advertised. The location on NSB is ideal … away from crowds yet close enough to Flagler Ave, etc. Michelle is an exceptional owner with great communication. Highly recommend

Beach Front Condo

This property is well maintained and just gorgeous! New Smyrna Beach is a wonderful little beach town with friendly people! The highlight of our stay was relaxing with family and enjoying the beautiful sunsets! This property only enhanced our wonderful time away!!!

Great Condo

Loved staying here and Michelle is fantastic. A toilet was broken and I do wish it could have been fixed during our stay but my father was able to use one in another room. But that was more difficult for him as he is elderly. The view of the ocean and beach was exquisite and the unit is fully stocked and meticulously clean. The location is fantastic as well. I would definitely stay at this condo again! Michelle is a wonderful host and communication with her is easy and prompt. You will love it!

Beautifully appointed 4th floor condo facing roaring surf on south side of building. HOWEVER - dishwasher and garbage disposal not functioning and not repaired during our stay. Several calls to owner resulted in one missed phone call with no messages. Remote for beautiful TV was difficult to use. One hour with Spectrum rep resolved problem. Suggestions from this person who has rented other properties. Respond immediately to complaints. Provide instructions for TV remote and include channel listings.

A must!

First off, Michelle is wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Directions and check-in process were made easy by Michelle’s detailed instructions. The condo is extremely well-cared for and probably one of the most well appointed vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Views are great and the only slight for a December stay was that the pool was heated. However, I’m sure that’s an association decision. Don’t pass on an opportunity to rent Michelle’s condo, you will not be disappointed! 5/5 stars!

A Lovely Trip

We had a lovely trip. The location is beautiful and the condo was spacious. The elevator was down for a good day but we made the best of it and used the stairs. Our host was easy to communicate with and helped with our concerns. We hope to visit again, soon!

Annual family NSB vacation

Three generations stayed together. We love the location, plus this condo has everything. We’ll stocked, comfortable bedrooms, and gorgeous views. Hostess is very easy to work with. Couldn’t ask for more!

Family Fun

My husband and I were able to enjoy a week at the beach with our daughter, her husband and our two grandsons. This condo was perfect! It was very clean, we had everything we needed to cook a few meals and communication with the host was great. I would recommend this property!

Annual girls trip with high school and elementary old friends

The condo is amazing ! The property is beautiful clean and very secure . The only downfall is limited parking but we made do and it was not a problem at all . We will be staying again !
