At Wave402, you and your guests will truly enjoy the spectacular direct ocean view of New Smyrna Beach from your kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony and two of the bedrooms. Catch the amazing sunrise/sunset and seagulls flying right by.

Various restaurants and quaint downtown Flagler Avenue is only a short drive away or a nice 30 mins walk along the beach. Publix supermarket where guests can pick up all their grocery needs is only a few mins drive away. You can find charming and distinctive neighborhood boutiques at both Flagler Avenue and Canal Street Downtown that made New Smyrna beach special - laid back, quaint and unique. World-famous Daytona International Speedway, Cape Canaveral, and Disney attractions are all within drive distance. New Smyrna Beach has been named to National Geographic’s list of the World's 20 Best Surf Towns.

Beautiful Place!

Beautiful condo both inside and out! It was extremely clean and everything was just as the listing described! The host was very responsive! We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view

On a relatively quiet part of New Smyrna Beach, in a unique building. The condo is VERY well equipped to cook and serve meals for a big group and super comfortable with stunning views of the ocean.We also enjoyed grilling on the pool deck on the provided gas grill. The condo has everything you need including beach chairs and umbrellas. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

July New Smyrna Vacay

This was the perfect place for us! There was something for everyone- from the pool to the beach, then to relaxing on the balcony of our condo and enjoying the view. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Great beach condo

Spacious and very clean and well stocked. Thoughtful add-ins like the hotel style toiletries and guest closet with extras of things you may need. Nice small and quiet building. Excellent place.

Fantastic Condo & Location

We spent a long weekend here with our adult children (in their 20s). Cannot say a single negative about the entire experience. Condo is clean, well furnished, spacious and even better than advertised. The location on NSB is ideal … away from crowds yet close enough to Flagler Ave, etc. Michelle is an exceptional owner with great communication. Highly recommend

Annual family NSB vacation

Three generations stayed together. We love the location, plus this condo has everything. We’ll stocked, comfortable bedrooms, and gorgeous views. Hostess is very easy to work with. Couldn’t ask for more!

Perfect getaway

The condo was amazing! Michelle was quick to respond to any questions and provided all the details we needed to checkin/out. It is in a great location and the perfect amenities. We had everything we needed in order for it to feel like “home” for the weekend. Michelle was very accommodating and we look forward to staying again!

A Lovely Trip

We had a lovely trip. The location is beautiful and the condo was spacious. The elevator was down for a good day but we made the best of it and used the stairs. Our host was easy to communicate with and helped with our concerns. We hope to visit again, soon!

NSB has been known as one of Floridian's 'hidden gem' towns so come visit to see what the fuss is all about. So much to explore or do nothing at all...

incredible waves! I will be glad to provide recommendations for local restaurants or places of attractions.
One of my local favorites which is a ten minute stroll on the beach to lively and casual beach front Chase's Restaurant or dine at Sonapa Grill which is also about ten minutes walk away.
