This authentic Florida cottage features breathtaking riverfront views, a cozy living space, two comfortable bedrooms, and a full-size bath, all beautifully furnished. The fully equipped kitchen has everything a guest might need, and there's also a bbq area. The decks are directly on the river, and there is a canoe, dock, and boat slippage. This secluded area of the river boasts some of the best local fishing and is perfect for canoeing and kayaking, all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian.

Great place to relax and share time with a friend. Adequate kitchen, but a number of excellent places to eat within a 15-20 minute drive.

Short vacation

The place is clean, lots of store nearby, dock is shared with other renters on property, caught a few catfish, nice deck but rained on and off, wished it was covered but overall nice property

Very nice owner on site

Managed property that is very peaceful and clean. Has everything you’ll need. Internet didn’t work but I didn’t care. I’m sure it was a quick fix if I’d have asked.

Bug heaven

Our first night on the property something kept banging on the bedroom sliding glass door we got no sleep. The bugs outside will carry you away I got ate up needs to have a screen Lanai. Ants were super bad on the kitchen counter. There was one roll of toilet paper for four people for 4 days, I had to buy more. Was not very happy with our stay.

Roseland Anniversary

Beautiful Cottage

We had such a wonderful time. The cottage is so relaxing. We saw dolphins and manatees while enjoying the back deck. Pam and Tom, thank you for being attentive hosts.

Roselind Cottage

The location of the property is excellent for anyone who loves to fish. The dockage was so convenient after launching the boat at nearby boat ramp. The cottage had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did have a few hiccups during our stay, but they were resolved by the management. We will definitely be coming back next November.

Great experience

This house was just perfect. Very nicely decorated & furnished. Has all the kitchen items you would ever need + more. Great mornings sitting on the back deck overlooking the water. Enjoy fishing from the very impressive dock. No need to bring any outdoor seating there is plenty of options there. Only negative would be the bad water smell from the inside running water.

A hidden little gem in a great location !

This is a hidden little gem. Great relaxing location with beaches and amazing state park nearby. Close to everything you need and Pam is so nice and helpful!

Great Labor Day family getaway

The property was lovely! Exactly what we needed for our long weekend away boating with our kids. The dock is so nice to sit and relax and well equipped with slippage for boats. The owner was very nice and helpful with making sure we were set up. Even helped us get our trailer parked. We were very appreciative and would love to go back! Thank you Tom and Pam:)

Fishing vacation

Great location, great time, great activities. Owner was friendly and fast response to your requests. Canoe was available free of charge to explore river. Great fishing dock, outside deck and great grill

The property is right on the river with a deck so it's wonderful to spend sometime outside. I lowered my review as we did have a roach in the home during our stay :(

I love the old Florida feel of this property, so quiet and peaceful, the fishing is great too! I want to preserve these areas as they are some of the last Florida has to offer. You will not find a more perfect representation of what Florida means to so many of its natives.
