This cozy little house worked well for our group of 3. Short drive to beach areas around Sebastian, Indian river parks and other sights. The area is really quiet, the kitchen is new. Beds were comfy and seating area was great for relaxing and TV. We liked the little dock and the large screened porch. Communication with the host was excellent, and she went out of her way to send us items we left behind. Exceptional.

Sweet spot for a getaway!

The house on Concha was great for a week long get-away for my husband and I! Though it rained every afternoon/evening, we enjoyed our days on the prestine beaches of Sebastian and Vero! We only got to use the kayaks once, due to the weather, and besides the awful bug bites, we enjoyed them very much! The bikes were super fun to ride around the neighborhood on! A few additions to the property could take this property from a 4-star to a 5-star review: 1. More quality kitchen supplies. The measuring cup was cracked, the non-stick skillets are scratched and flaking teflon (buy stainless, they last forever), no baking dish was available (I had to run to Dollar General for a foil pan), and utensil supply was minimal. 2. Provide games, puzzles and books for guest. There are awesome book shelves around the door but no books or games on them. (People read on the beach like no where else in the world!) A few options of games or puzzles for a rainy day, besides T.V. would be ideal. 3. Provide ample beach supplies. There are only 2 beach towels in the closet. If my kids had come with us we would have had to use your nice bath towels. Sand toys and a buggie board or two would be great for kids. There was no beach umbrella but the host allowed us to purchase one and she reimbursed us. 4. King bed in the master would be more appealing for guests and better pillows are needed. Overall, we had a FABULOUS time and would book here again! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood.

Check in was easy. Ashley even allowed us to check in early. House is very clean and nicely updated recently. Beds are very comfortable and such a plus to have 2 full bathrooms for the 4 adults in our group. Our favorite spot was the small dock in the back yard, right on a canal.

Awesome place

House has absolutely everything you need. We kayaked right off of the property. Rode bikes on the Jungle Trail, kayaked the Indian River, hiked and explored. Great house in quiet neighborhood.

Fishing in FLA

This is the second time using this property and it's perfect for what we all need. Close to everything we were doing. This is our annual gentlemen's fishing trip and we will be back to catch that big one!

This house was in wonderful condition it had so many great perks the host was amazing. I believe my only problem was the location, as when you rent a VRBO the location was not accurate. In the experience I have with VRBO I have come to realize that you find out location after you pay your money. The location wasn’t horrible it just wasn’t where I thought it was but it was close enough not to cancel.

Great spot in Sebastian!!!

It was a perfect spot to gather with my parents for a weekend reunion. The house is very nice, organized and full of little pretty details. All amenities available and functional. My son and I enjoyed seeing the turtles in the lake in the backyard. Great food recommendations. And the beach, at only 13 minutes of distance by car, was beautiful. The hostess, Ashely, was very helpful and replied to all my questions almost immediately. A great option for a family of 5 or less.

This property is perfect getaway with a private dock and kayak launch on a canal. It has a fenced in yard with a fire pit. It is located in a quite neighborhood. Not far from Local Parks.
