Excellent stay, exactly as described. Particularly lovely in the evenings. Had it not been for a trip to hospital for my son which lasted 5 days (nothing accommodation related) we would have had a fantastic break in Cyprus.

Great villa!

We had a fantastic week in this villa, great pool & excellent location - just a short walk to the beach & local shops & restaurants. Perfect space to relax & enjoy the amazing views! The local bus is easy & reliable but we also hired a car for a couple of days to visit Latsi & Blue Lagoon. Overall a perfect holiday! Thank you Adele!

The Armstrongs

The villa was very nice with lots of good points including the swimming pool area and external furniture. The BBQ was rusted through and urgently needs updating. The lights in the spare bedroom didn't work and neither did the fan. The AC in this room was very noisy and was annoying. I'm stopping moaning now because the rest of the villa was great with everything on hand to make the stay enjoyable, its just a bit tired in places. thanks

A Happy Return

So glad we had the chance to come back to this lovely villa. Exactly 1 year on, it felt like we'd never been away. Once again we enjoyed everything the villa and location had to offer. The weather was extremely hot ,so we enjoyed the luxury of our surroundings, pool etc to make the most of our holiday. Many lazy days once again, and we spent a lot more moonlit evenings sat outside this year. It was the perfect holiday, just what we both needed. 4 days into the hols, our little friend turned up (white and ginger cat from last year) she's still going strong and was as friendly and sociable as ever. We still recommend this lovely place, perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. Everything you need is only a short walk away. James was once again on hand with all the useful information. Philippos supermarket provides a friendly, free lift home with all your shopping, a really good service. We will miss the villa next year but promise to return one day. Enjoy. Ian and Keri

Beautiful villa with beautiful views

Had a lovely weeks stay here. Woke up this morning to grey sky’s in England. The weather was amazing as always the pool was just so lovely. This villa is home from home. Everything you could want. James the property manager is on hand with any questions you need answering. He recommended some beautiful restaurants and they did not disappoint. Can not wait to come back. Beautiful Villa

Such a beautiful villa inside and out which met our expectations and some. An amazing welcome pack with everything needed for your first day and some lovely additional treats. James, the property manager, was so helpful and friendly - nothing too much trouble. The villa is set in a peaceful location but amenities are all close by. We hired a car which enabled us to explore a little further afield which was great; driving in Cypress is just like the UK. We were so lucky with the weather. We had a week of beautiful 23/24 degree sunshine. Just perfect!

La maison est idéalement située, non loin de toutes les commodités (plages, magasins, supermarchés, bars, restaurants). La maison est claire, agréable et bien aménagée aussi bien en meubles qu'en équipements de cuisine. L'extérieure est très agréable; belle terrasse, belle piscine (eau froide à cette époque, mais agréable à la mer). C'est toujours un plaisir de venir à Chypre!

Wonderful!

October 1st - October 14th. Stephen and Victoria Britton - 2 old fogies in their mid 70s We've been renting villas since the 1970s, mostly with family and friends, now we like to holiday with just the two of us, we like peace and quiet and an outdoor lifestyle. Omorfi Thea gave us everything we wanted and needed in spades. Two wonderful weeks of tranquillity, whilst being close to the shops and coast. Coral Bay beach just a ten minute walk away. Great villa, in a great location. In a well kept area. We catered for ourselves. Phillipos supermarket is an amazing shop, the fresh produce is of excellent quality. We ate every meal outside, taking in the beautiful peaceful garden and the scenic views of mountains and the ocean. We've had a wonderful and memorable two weeks. James advice, both personally and on WhatsApp was invaluable. Special thanks to Adele for offering us the whole of our last day, due to us having night flights.

Lovely villa

This is our first time staying at this villa and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Lovely and relaxing, quiet location with wonderful outside space and sea views. Weather was 32 degrees both weeks so we spent most of our time around the pool. We ate out most nights (our favourite restaurant was Corrallo, which we visited on numerous occasions). Adele the owner was brilliant from start to finish and James the property on site manager could not have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this villa.

Quality villa for total relaxation.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with your beautiful villa, it's location, and surroundings. We had the most peaceful, relaxing holiday ever. With the weather being extremely hot and humid, we soon realised we didn't feel the need to venture too far in the blazing August heat to still have the holiday we dreamed of. The villa had everything we needed for a home from home type holiday. We spent many nights in, enjoying the outside sitting area. We loved the beautiful shrubs, which have been superbly positioned for total privacy and loved to see them lit up in the evenings. We often had the company of a friendly ginger and white cat who loved the shaded areas for her afternoon naps. She was so cute. The location was perfect for everything including supermarket and nightlife. We thank you for the welcome pack which was the sign of things to come. Perfection. We were so sad to leave your villa and our visiting cat behind. A few tears but we promised to return. Thank you for the memories. Ian and Keri

Such a beautiful villa in a peaceful location with everything you need provided for you. The welcome pack was fantastic and James’ help was great with advice on where to eat/visit as well as booking taxis. Adele was fantastic with the communication from the time of booking to the point of arrival. Rooms furnished to a high standard, en-suite, air con, pool and Wi-Fi was all our teenager required! The stunning outside space with bbq and both sun and shade was great. We will definitely be booking again, it was just what we needed.

Relaxing villa

We stayed at Adele’s fabulous villa for 10 nights. As soon as we turned up we could tell we were in for a wonderful stay. Both the interior and exterior furnishings were extremely comfortable making it easy to relax. Situated in the perfect place just out of the Coral Bay strip but not too far to walk if you fancied eating out. We were met at the Villa by James who was very helpful and always on hand should you need him. If we return to Cyprus I would definitely stay again.

Schönes Haus, sehr gute Lage, toller Garten!

Sehr nah an der Coral Bay gelegen, dabei sehr ruhig. Die Außenanlage und der Garten sind das Highlight! Schön war auch: Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles war sauber und einige grundlegende Dinge (Gewürze, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, etc) waren vorhanden. Der Konakt mit Adele und der Agentur vor Ort war prima! Immer hat man sofort reagiert. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Betten und Matratzen sind nicht mehr die besten. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!

Regretted not staying long!

Great communication, brilliant location we could see the sea, outdoor space was perfect, comfortable sun beds, liked the fact you were provided with swimming pool towels, so it was less to pack! Loved the different seating areas outside for either sun or shade. The street /area was so peacefully quiet unbelievably quiet!!!! The kitchen had everything you needed, even acrylic/plastic tableware for outside use. Especially good for drinks around the pool. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were spacious. Good location, but glad we hired a car from the owner’s/manger’s recommendation, we could use straight from the airport and just return the car back to the airport. Competitively priced car hire. If you’re ok walking around more you can soon get to eateries, shops etc within 10-20 mins or 5 mins by car. All in all we had a brilliant stay just wished we had booked longer. We were sad to leave.

Lovely Villa

We enjoyed our stay, the villa is lovely, very well decorated with good facilities. All we would say is Cyprus is chilly in April and you need a quilt in the main bedroom, we plugged the oil heater in and the plug socket caught fire. WiFi was poor, only worked one day. James, the manager was incredibly helpful.

Simply Stunning

Our stay at the villa was first class in every regard. From the outset we were made to feel most welcome by Adele, the owner, and her communications were without exception responsive warm and helpful. When we arrived at the villa, a generous, thoughtful and bespoke welcome pack had been provided (we are plant based) which set us up for our stay. James, the locally based property manager, was equally helpful and friendly - he made contact to ensure that we had everything we needed. The villa itself is just beautiful and it is evident in every room that the owner is an interior designer and artist. It is filled with light and the palette of duck egg blue and twinkling gold/silver is both calming and uplifting. The standard of all the furnishings is very high. However, the most fabulous feature of the villa is the outdoor space - the stunning garden and the amazing far reaching views. The spacious private garden is planted with incredible mature palms and other exotic plants - it is clear that this has been a real labour of love. The beautiful garden furniture compliments the scheme perfectly. The views are of the fields and the sky taking you down to the sea. We are well acquainted with the area having visited frequently over a decade and we found the location to be ideal - tranquil and tucked away but walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Coral Bay and a great base to explore further afield. In short we felt completely spoiled during our stay and could not commend this property more highly.

Stunning villa with the most beautiful views

We have just had 9 nights in this beautiful villa. The whole booking and communication was made easy by Adele. James, the property manager met us on arrival and was contactable if/when we needed in him throughout. The Villa is so well looked after and had everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area is superb too. Wonderfully quiet location but walking distance to everything. We highly recommend this villa.

A little bit of paradise.

What an absolute gem of a holiday. It was the best holiday we have had as the villa was pure luxury. From the moment we enquired to ask to book the villa, Adele was the perfect host. Communication from the start was second to none. Taxi transfer enquired through Adele and sorted by the property manager James who was first rate. Yannis was there to collect us at the airport and take us to the villa. The taxi fare was very reasonable at 40 euro and could not be beaten. Arriving at the villa was like stepping into a luxury spa villa. The location was secluded, quiet and in a setting of a few other villas. Surrounded by beautiful bergonvillia, palm and other variety of trees and Jasmin which made it feel luxurious. And smelt out of this world. It was as if we had entered the gates of heaven as soon as you walked through the arched gateway. Once you step inside, the villa was decorated to a very high standard with shutters on the windows which kept the villa cool. The villa offers every thing you need. All you really needed was your swimming gear and a pair of shorts and tee shirt to go to the shops. Everything you possibly could need for your stay was provided at no extra cost. A wonderful luxury welcome pack to see you through until you go to the shops. Philippos was a short walk and if you spend over 20 euro they will give you a free lift back with all your shopping. What a service😊. After stepping into the villa you are hit with the most fantastic views. A beautiful swimming pool to the side which was very welcome on those hot wonderful Cyprian days. The master bed was comfortable and bedding was all to a very high standard. Reassurance if you do have any problems that James the property manager was only a phone call away. He has local knowledge if you need advise for places to eat. This villa was a Gem to find in a location that is perfect if you love luxury, quiet and relaxation. It truly is a sensational villa and Adele was a perfect host and we would certainly recommend it. If we had our way we would never have left but you have to get back to reality. This was truly the best holiday we have had and we will be back at some point.

Wonderful villa

Just home from a wonderfully relaxing stay in this beautiful villa. Immaculate inside and out. Great location for exploring this part of Cyprus. Garden is beautifully maintained with glorious sea views. Communication with Adele was very easy and she was so helpful with our booking, a huge thank you for the late checkout. James very friendly and knowledgable with local area and suggestions for eateries. All in all a wonderful relaxing stay.

Perfection Personified

Firstly, I would personally like to than Adele for her understanding and juggling our booking due to the pandemic, we first made this booking in 2019 and finally got there in 2022, they do say good things do happen to those who wait and it was certainly worth the wait, so, Adele, thank you The Villa; The villa is outstanding in every way, quiet location, yet a 1 minute drive or 10-15 minutes walk to the supermarket or Coral Bay strip, beautiful sea views, a great pool and stunning gardens that are not over looked, 2 great bedrooms, 1 with ensuite which frees up the main bathroom upstairs for the other room, kitchen has everything you need and the best welcome pack we have ever received. I cannot comment on the lounge or TV (WIFI is good) as we never sat in the lounge the full week we were there (Pictures don't do it justice) as the weather was so beautiful, we sat and ate outside every night. We will definitely book again, mad not too. Finally, I would just like to thank James, he was a great help with his advice and local knowledge if you have any queries and always available on WhatsApp if needed. I am an Interior designer, a job I absolutely love which has allowed me to enjoy furnishing the villa to a very high standard to give a boutique, luxurious feel that our guests can enjoy.
We strive to constantly update and improve the villa facilities so everything is looking tip top for our guests. The location to numerous sandy beaches just walking distance from the property as well as the many bars and restaurants of Coral Bay made this the perfect choice. Our son has spent most of his holidays at the villa since he was born and thinks it's the best place in the world. We try and visit a couple of times a year but it's never long enough!!
