Royal Kahana 1207 located on the top floor with amazing ocean views! This 1 bedroom/1 bath has been fully updated and offers a gorgeous Maui retreat.
As you enter you are immediately drawn to the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to your private lanai. Take in the mesmerizing views of Molokai and the enchanting Maui waters. Catch a whale breaching during season (December - Mid April). Dine al fresco to a magical sunset or sip your morning coffee to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping.
The living area is open and inviting and has been beautifully decorated bringing the feel of the island throughout. A large sectional that converts to a queen sleeper is the perfect spot to curl up and relax after a full day of exploring the island. There is a flat-screen TV and central AC to keep cool.
Dine in! The kitchen is equipped with everything the home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. Beautiful dining space with seating for four. Full-size washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.
Drift off for the perfect night's rest! The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, and access to the lanai. The bath offers an exquisitely tiled shower and a separate vanity.
The Royal Kahana Resort offers beautifully landscaped grounds, a grand-sized pool area for guest use, upscale grill stations, and a fitness center on site. Bask in the sun at the pool or on the huge grass lawn, both with clear views of the Pacific. A large sandy beach is just yards away. An activities concierge is available in the lobby to help book your Maui adventures.
Situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, you are just moments from dining and shopping. Whaler’s Village in Ka'anapali, and at Kahana Gateway Shopping Center just up the street. Championship golf courses are within a few miles, including Kapalua Plantation Course, which hosts the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions.
The AOAO charges a nightly parking fee of $18 plus tax. This fee is paid directly to the front desk when guests pick up their parking pass upon arrival. Parking Passes can be obtained from the Royal Kahana Front Desk from 8 AM to 5 PM, 7 days per week. If front desk is gone for the day, please see the security desk in the lobby, someone is there from 4 PM to 7 AM the following day. If no one is at the security desk, please call the number on the desk. You will need the make, model, color of your vehicle and the license plate number to register your vehicle. Please keep the parking pass in your vehicle on the dashboard at all times.
