Bungalow with Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool

The property is well positioned for all seasons and all ages. Situated in the beautiful countryside with the added benefit of easy access to many of UK's top attractions, central London, golf courses, close to Epsom race course, great walks, shops and restaurants, it can offer a tranquil break or a busy active holiday. It is also close to Gatwick airport, Reigate, Chipstead, Banstead and Sutton Marsden hospital. The property has a shared heated pool which is warm from early May (depending on weather) to mid September and tennis court. We have 3 very friendly dogs, they are not allowed in the area where the property and pool is located.

We had a lovely stay with the grandchildren, good weather & our hosts (Carmel & Simon) were attentive but relaxed. Such nice people!The online photos do show a slide & a diving board but these are no longer there, the grandchildren didn't mind.The kitchen area is a bit limited for higher level work space, but you can use the table. Overall great accommodation The children loved the dogs! An excellent stay & we are looking forward to returning!

We (a family of six) had a fantastic stay at the beautiful bungalow on Carmel and Simon's property. The place is stunning — we especially enjoyed the lovely pool, the amazing garden, and the tennis court. Carmel and Simon were wonderful hosts: very helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring London, Box Hill, Leith Hill, and many other great spots in and around Surrey and London. Highly recommended!

Perfect Pool House Getaway

Carmel was a very gracious host, incredibly helpful and accommodating. The Pool House bungalow is really lovely, looks even better in person; well equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor private heated pool is big and kept very clean. The tennis court is a real bonus and there are plenty of rackets and tennis balls provided. We had an amazing time, as a family of 5 with three young children. They particularly enjoyed playing with the owners friendly dogs. We would love to stay again in the summer. Thank you Carmel & family for making us feel so welcome.

We didn’t want to leave! From the minute we drove up the driveway we felt at home. Our hosts were away that day but their housesitters looked after us very well, showing us everything we needed to know and providing extra, helpful information. We were delighted to meet Simon and Carmel the following day, and their gorgeous family in due course. They are brilliant hosts and both went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. We are so grateful to them for facilitating transport to the wedding, and cutting back the walkway so we could saunter, cross country to the nearby Wells Inn, and stagger back! The large master bedroom provided much needed space for our daughter, son-in-law and 6 month old baby, and the other two bedrooms were perfectly comfortable. Very good bathroom and laundry facilities. The small kitchen, dining area and living room are made to feel much more spacious due to large bi-folding doors leading onto a paved area, large sparkling swimming pool and tranquil garden. Due to the uncharacteristically hot English summer we were able to make the most of the pool, delightful garden filled with numerous majestic trees, and tennis court. Hero, the very golden, Golden Retriever became our friend, visiting regularly. We loved this area, and really enjoyed staying on this property. It felt comfortable and relaxed. We would highly recommend to others and hope to return ourselves. Thank you Simon and Carmel.Jane & Murray

Relaxing country location with a beautiful pool!

My brother’s family stayed here whilst on vacation from the USA. We were blessed with beautiful weather, so the kids used the pool a lot, which was heated. There were tennis rackets in the utility room, so we were on the tennis courts everyday. Lovely relaxing location, so quiet, hard to believe the M25 is under 10 mins away. Nice to chill out in the evening looking over the pool and the garden. Lots of room for the kids to run around. The hosts could not have been friendlier. Very easy to communicate with and lovely people. Had great fun there, wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Good location

A good location for getting out and about in Counties and London. Accommodation was clean, kitchen was basic but manageable. One bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with bunk beds were great. Master bedroom was large and airy, although by 6am very bright. Underfloor hearing was absolutely superb!

The Poolhouse

we were a party of six 3 adults and 3 children, 1 being a teenager, this property suited us all with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and 1 bunks. The pool was clean and heated with a powered cover for safety, there was also a tennis court and a zipwire amongst other toys for children and adults to play with. The property was clean and tidy with adequate towels for the pool and showering and there is a washing machine although it could do with a tumbledryer or a washing line to dry the towels that were constantly being used. All in all we had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday, thank you Anthony for being so helpful.

fantastic holiday

This pool house holiday was fantastic, we hardly left the grounds as the four boys aged 10-15 years were in and out of the water all day or on the tennis court. We were blessed with lovely weather and everything we needed was to hand. Thank you for sharing your property with us we had a great time. P.S the WiFi was an extra bonus for the boys if not us!
