AL: 8683/AL Casa Jolie in Colina Verde, is 2-storey and situated on the highest elevation above the village. Because a good nights sleep is important to you, we have the very best beds, linen, furniture. All rooms have a balcony or terrace and enjoy lovely open views. It is spacious, light and airy with 2 bedrooms en-suite. It is set in a small and attractive development and has an excellent pool area with showers, changing rooms, WCs and freely available sunbeds. Carvoeiro beach and village centre are less than a 10-minute walk down hill or steps and there are shops, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. You can walk the coastal path for miles on the cliffs and visit other nearby beaches on foot or by car and Carvoeiro is centrally situated in the Algarve for exploring further afield.
We do accept longer term winter rentals (maximum stay: 90 days), electricity is charged extra from Nov - March unless otherwise agreed to booking

Fabulous property really well equipped clean and location is great short distance from town. Nice to be greeted by Emma the property manager who showed us around, The starter supplies left were very welcome and unexpected. Pool area clean very quiet and lots of sunbeds. Would definitely recommend and will be back to stay again

The home was very well located. The premises was very clean and comfortable with many household items available for use during our stay. Many of the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The yard with shade tree provided a great location for breakfasts and dinners.

Nice apartment in good location. Pool great, no hassle. Emma was spot on and the welcome pack is a good gesture. Only niggle was the beds being very hard. Might be my age though!

Check-in was excellent as Emma met us at our arrival. Supplied with some treats in the fridge was a nice touch. Condo was very clean and well supplied. Great location to downtown with lots of great restaurants.

Everything you need to have a great holiday
The property is amazing - it is clean, spacious, conveniently located and has everything that family needs to stay with children for a week or more. Walking distance to beach, lots of places to eat nearby, there are good hiking trails around. We would definitely book it again if we travel to this area in the future.

The best house we have ever stayed in!!
The property is wonderful and has everything you need right down to beach towels and chairs. The aur conditioning is very good. The kitchen is so well equipped

lovely house, with excellent checkin process
lovely property. easy check in process from Mike and Emma who even took us to supermarket for esssentials. lovely pool and in a great position over looking the sea. easy access to bars and restaurants. would definately stay here again.

Perfect holiday location
Property offered everything and more that we required. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Easily accessible to the village shops/restaurants. Well kept garden & pool.

Fabulous property
We had a fabulous stay in this lovely spacious property. The property managers were really helpful during our stay. The pool area was clean and quite often quiet during our stay. Plenty of sunloungers. Would stay here again and would certainly recommend the property.

An excellent property! Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great location. Carvoiro is beautiful. Manager was very helpful and offered excellent tips and suggestions. Thank you Emma! A wonderful vacation!

One month escape from the snow

Just returned from a weeks stay at this fabulous property. As stated in many other reviews, this place is better than the pictures indicate. We found the apartment extremely clean and well equipped in a fantastic location within a short walk of Carverio. Would recommend hiring a car as there are many places to visit all with half an hour. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had rented previously so delighted to see it was available for the period we had planned to go on holiday. Once we requested our dates it was confirmed very quickly and deposit secured our stay. Fairly straightforward.

The Townhouse has air conditioning throughout with large open airy rooms, its our home from home. We are situated on the quiet side of this small complex and spend the afternoons in the garden where almost all our meals are enjoyed. We hope you will enjoy our house as much as we do.

Because the property is situated on the highest elevation of Carvoeiro you get wonderful cool breezes coming off the sea. You will also enjoy the late afternoon sunsets from the garden sipping some of the finest wines from the Alentejo region.
