Stay right on Boyne property near the Boyneland in this wonderful condo. Enjoy taking a ski break and sitting by the fire or eating a bowl of chili. With only a two minute ski walk to the Boyneland lift, you will want to come every weekend.

With kids and grandparents this condo provides plenty of room for a true vacation. Everyone has enough place to relax and ski. The kids can take themselves to the slopes, walk to Avalanche Bay, and even run and bike down the mountain. No car is needed when you are this close to everything. If someone wants to sleep in they can just meet us on the hill.
This condo is an easy flat walk to Avalanche Bay, the Boyne Village, and to the slopes.
Use this home as your base for summer activities with Lake Charlevoix only 10 minutes away, Walloon 11 minutes, and Deer Lake is 4 minutes around the corner . Enjoy the brand new 6.5 mile paved bike trail to Boyne City. This region features fantastic bike trails, superb fishing, sandy beaches, and unique shops in Boyne City.

Wry nice, spacious property for the 6 of us. Decorated very nicely, the unit is very well taken care of, definitely the nicest place we’ve rented in the many years of traveling. Many activities available at the resort. Always something to do, we enjoyed the Sky Bridge, Avalanche Bay Water Park, candy store, and making s’mores.

Very good and enjoyable. Close to all attractions but attractions are very expensive.

I agree with the expense - Restaurants are very pricey. With a full kitchen available, I always encourage guests to cook to save money. In the summer the wait is hours and kids just don't want to wait. I would be happy to offer additional places for making easier meals in the future and hope you will come again.
We recently visit Detroit and I was astonish a nightly rate for a one bedroom was more than my nightly rate for three bedrooms and a loft.

Overall, the experience was great. There were some minor issues we addressed with the host.We had a great time with our family and visited many activities in the area as well as on the grounds.We would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to get away!

Our overall experience was great. Affordable for how many this space can sleep. Nice amenties. Host was communicative & responsive. Would recommend.

Mary was super nice, very accommodating and a strong communicator. Property worked well for our family of 5. Kitchen had what we needed… sooo many towels including beach towels for the pool. This property is really well situated to what all Boyne Mountain has to offer! It was a fun and relaxing week.

The owner has thought of everything and is very helpful. The location is about as private and peaceful as the 'alphabet condos' get. Boyne Mountain has come a long way--plenty to do all year.

Our Michigan family loves the snow and the water. I coach a Robotics team and our kids swim competitively and enjoy triathlons, so Boyne is the perfect training ground. They love to ski in the winter and swim in the pools and at Avalanche Bay. Every season offers fantastic fun with sailing on Lake Charlevoix in the summer.

The kids can take themselves to the slopes, the pool and even run and bike down the mountain. No car is needed when you are this close to everything. If someone wants to sleep in they can just meet us on the hill.
