Our fully renovated boutique-style home is perfect for a northern Michigan getaway!!! Thoughtfully designed finishes and furnishings, fully equipped and spacious kitchen with large butcher block island, beautiful bathrooms, plus new linens and ideal location.
The home interior also features an open living/dining room, three bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6, two baths, and large laundry/mud room addition. Outdoor patio off dining room offers great sunset views and peaks of Lake Charlevoix, just one block to downtown shops, restaurants and festivals, and Lake Charlevoix's Peninsula Beach.
NEARBY, guests will find wineries and breweries; galleries; farms and orchards; some of northern Michigan's best hiking and biking trails, and awarding-winning golf courses throughout the county. The neighboring towns of Charlevoix, Walloon Lake and Petoskey are perfect for day trips.

This charming, updated home was the perfect spot for us to have lovely morning coffee on the deck, enjoy a stay with another family, walk to downtown to enjoy the shops, and to walk to the lake for great views and other lake fun.

Excellent property for our family vacation that included 2 small grandchildren. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths worked well. Great location, just 2 blocks from business district with shopping and restaurants. Great grocery store with Starbucks just down the road. Host was good at communication and preparations. Will plan to stay here again when in Boyne City.

This property is the perfect location for exploring the Boyne City area. We did have a rainy day, but made the best of it with wine tasting and shopping. The cleanliness of the house is perfect. This is our second trip here and highly recommend it for a visit to Boyne!

We rented this property to visit family in the area for a quick, last minute weekend. It worked out very well for three adults and two kids under 15. Our host was great with communication and we were able to access the home earlier than the check in time. The home is updated, extremely clean and has all the amenities needed for guests. It offers a tub and walk in shower for individuals requiring extra assistance. The updated laundry / mudroom was great for beach bags, shoes and laundry! The home is located within walking distance to a public beach and Downtown Boyne City.

This was a great house that had all the things needed for a comfortable stay. It was very close to a large grocery store and downtown. It was also very convenient to go back and forth to Boyne Mountain during our stay. The host is also super communicative and accessible.

The house and property were incredibly clean and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The location was great. 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain and 1-2 block walk to the little downtown for coffee or restaurants. The only suggestion I have is that some hooks for coats etc would be helpful. Thanks for a great family weekend!

This VRBO was exceptionally clean and spacious for our family. The kitchen was huge and had all the amenities needed. Washer and dryer were a great plus. The neighborhood felt safe and we had timely snow removal. Super close to downtown, the ski hill, and to good restaurants. Would recommend to others!

We planned a short little ski trip at Boyne Mountain. The house was very close to the location! The house was cozy and clean :) We had a very great little getaway! Would recommend! Owners were very friendly and so accommodating! Awesome stay! Tonya Allen

Seamless communication and logistics. House was spacious, clean, and kitchen was well-appointed. The only suggestion would be to soften the interior lights for a cozier feel. Location was amazing, just two blocks from the main drag of Boyne City and an easy drive to Boyne Mountain for skiing.

Location, Location, Location
Freshly updated and only a 2 block walk to town. It was nice to park for the weekend and be able to walk to the lake, shopping, restaurants and water sports rentals. Had a great time.
