This property is outstanding: three-level, multi-bedroom home with lots of space for everyone to spread out. There is a fun game room with ping pong & billiards, a really nice kitchen, a TV room and a spacious front room where we gathered many times. We had great communication with the host from start to finish and it seems they thought of most everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family for the holidays. The house was beautiful and spacious. The hosts were amazing! They really thought of every little thing and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Checking in was very easy and the communication with the hosts was fantastic. The location of the house is also fantastic. It was an easy drive to the ski resort, to tubing, and into town. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

Wonderful home and weekend get away

The home is well appointed and just so relaxing. We had a great weekend. The nature surrounding us was amazing (we even saw an owl perched on top of the neighboring house) and shopping/wine tasting/beer sampling in Ellicottville was terrific. Thank you, Nancy and Rob, for opening your house for our birthday weekend celebration.

Comfortable Home, Responsive Hosts

Our party of eight (4 adults, 4 children) enjoyed our stay at this home. We found it to be as advertised and probably the most comfortable VRBO home we have stayed in. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating which we really appreciated. Recommend.
