It can create a bit of anxiety to rent a property sight unseen. From the entrance and throughout we were not disappointed! The accommodation not only suited our needs but the bonus view from the lanai was the topper any time of day or evening. All rooms were very clean which we truly appreciated. We have already recommended to some family members travelling that way that they should secure this rental. I know in our future visits we will definitely try to stay here.

It is a beautiful condo in an excellent area. We really enjoyed being able to watch the ocean right off the deck.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and my goodness it was perfect. I have rented several other places in Kihei and this was top-notch, 10/10, THE BEST! So clean, QUICK communication from the property manager, just overall an easy and super convenient stay. We love A302!!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo, clean, updated, good size, close to everything, great view of the ocean from the lanai, property overall was nice - unfortunately the elevator was not working but everything else was well maintained.

Awesome condo

The condo overall was awesome. The bed is a king size not a queen which is awesome and some of the closest doors could use some repairs other than that you can't beat this vacation home for location and quietness.

Good value for price. The beach chairs were almost unusable and no umbrella. Lovely view comfy bed.

This condo has everything that you need! Newly renovated kitchen & bathroom! 2 New Beach chairs. Large cooler.Bed is really comfortable! Nice sunset view.

Nice Condo

Great location and view but given the location near a retail area it is a bit noisy. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Kitchen well equipped. Bedding could be upgraded. Hide a bed ok but typical hide a bed mattress.

Little piece of paradise!

This vacation spot was in a perfect location will lovely ocean views. Every detail was perfect for my stay--plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and enjoying meals on the lanai with epic views. Comfortable space with clean and tidy amenities. Walking distance to the beach for perfect sunsets, relaxing on the beach, and snorkeling. Try the snowcones at Beach Street nearby:) I will certainly book again for my next Maui adventure! Mahalo

Our KAK stay

We enjoyed our stay at KAK and plan on returning. The condo was very clean, with all the amenities needed for an awesome vacation. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots pans, etc. to make for an enjoyable stay. The only two things I would recommend are adding a small cooler/cooler bag and a fourth beach chair, as we had four people in our group. There was a large beach umbrella that we appreciated immensely. We hope to return, very soon!

Needs some repairs

Shower controls need to be replaced. Difficult to turn on water. Ice maker in refrigerator not working. Very few glasses.

Great location

We liked the condo and the area. The condo had everything we needed and the layout was just right for two people. There was plenty of storage space and we were happy to find beach equipment, however the beach chairs have seen their better days. The kitchen was well equipped and even a few spices in the cupboard. There were plenty of towels and sheets and it was great to have our own washer and dryer. The negative things we could say are that it needs some upgrading especially the bathroom and the kitchen cupboards, appliances and closet doors. The patio furniture appears to have been there for a very long time, could use some new furniture. Everything worked but seriously needs replacing. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a perfect size for us. The location was awesome for restaurants, nice walking routes, quiet area, shopping and most importantly beach area was close. Condo was clean. Bath and shower was dated but in good working condition. Lots of space in bedroom closet but was filled with supplies used for recent new furnishings. Sofa and chair showing it’s age. Lastly the check out time is too early. Should be later than 10 am.

Aloha Jo-Anne, thank you for leaving a review. This location is spectacular and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. The couch and chair were both replaced in the past 5 years, although a condo so close to the beach does see a bit more wear and tear with salty water and the open sunny lanai. We allow late check outs quite frequently, but if we have a guest arriving same day (as was the case here) the cleaners need the full time to clean and 10:00am is the latest they can start. And as you mentioned, this unit is very clean!!! The bathroom is scheduled for a remodel later this year, and I will pass your feedback along to the owner about the furniture and closet. Most importantly we are glad you had the "BEST VACATION EVER" at Kihei Alii Kai!!! A hui hou!
