Property was conveniently located with excellent communication from the property owner. Great kitchen and new, large shower. had good beach equipment!As with all tropical locales, ants but good instruction on how to manage. Would stay again.

Very comfortable place to stay. Neal is an excellent host and very responsive. Nice to have the use of beach chairs and sun umbrella. Lanai is perfect for morning coffee and watching the birds. Evening breeze cools off the unit at night and the scent of Pulmeria fills the air.

The condo is centrally located, close to shops and walking distance to Kamaole parks for beachside strolls and sunset picnics. The place was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were very communicative. The bed was very comfortable.

Great Stay!

Great place to stay at Maui. Close to the beach and places to eat. Place was very quiet and nice to relax after a long day around the island.

Great Stay at Kihei Akahi

Condo was good size and had everything you need for a month's stay. Great location - host so nice to communicate with and would definitely come back to this unit.

Perfect location

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in November and it was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach, upgraded kitchen and bath, comfortable bed, two pools, quiet, clean, and had everything we needed (beach chairs, small cooler, towels, umbrella),

Great stay in paradise

We had a great stay here. Loved the views from the lanai for morning coffee or sunset time! The condo has everything you need including beach chairs & beach towels. Comfortable bed for the end of your day in beautiful Maui!

Amazing location

Perfect , place and definitely best location . Everything you need a few steps away, beach restaurants and stores . A garden view and ocean view. Loved it and would definitely come back.

Wonderful Spot

Great location, quiet, clean, has everything you need, long distance phone use and great communication with owner. We highly recommend this condo. The beach is very close, and lovely.

Perfect location, just as described, great owner communication

Good spot to stay to explore Maui

We enjoyed our time at Neal's place, the location in Kihei is nice and makes it easy to explore the island. The condo was as described in the listing and Neal was helpful and quick to respond.
