Superb barn conversion. Perfect for 2 people and a dog. Lounge/bedroom on 1st floor with “tyrolean” style balcony to relax on. Downstairs is kitchen/diner and bathroom. Large secure garden. Great location for visiting East Devon and around the coastline. Welcoming host.

Lovely clean and comfortable property with everything you need. Quiet and tranquil location, but good access to other places of interest. Pub within walking distance. Garden safe for Dog. Host lovely and very helpful. Had a lovely relaxing break. Would return and recommend.

Unique property in a very pretty location with a selection of walks from the door. Clean and in good decorative order . Several sitting areas for relaxing and the balcony is a huge asset. Dog friendly with garden enclosed with stock fencing. The fridge is quite small. Would certainly return

Lovely property in a super peaceful village, there was everything we needed to have a quiet break. Totally recommend a walk down the river which is 5 mins away. The local pub is great too. We would stay again in a heartbeat

We stayed with our dog and this property was perfect. The garden is spacious and secure. The balcony is wonderful and we had choice in sitting out in the garden, indoors in the kitchen area or upstairs on the sofa. Everywhere was comfortable and clean. Lots of plates, cutlery glasses etc. The shower was hot and powerful. The location was great for exploring local beaches and towns. Elaine the host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

A beautiful cosy holiday home equipped thoughtfully with everything we needed. Elaine was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. A lovely location for a tranquil break with close proximity to beautiful coastal destinations.

This is a beautiful one bedroom property with a most delightful secure garden for our dog. The host is lovely and I cannot think of one thing that is wrong with this listing. I fully recommend this property for peace and the countryside around it as well.Thank you so much to Elaine for our stay.

The accommodation is beautiful and situated in wonderful countryside. Elaine our host was so friendly and helpful to us over out stay. We would stay there again.

Lovely location, 5 minute walk to the River Ottery where it is enclosed for dogs to be safe off lead.The property was perfect for myself and 2 small dogs - and the enclosed garden was great.Fully equipped for all needs. Plenty of books & DVDs if that is what you like.

Little Barn was wonderful rural setting with excellent walks in the surrounding areas but still with great connections to surrounding towns. The host Elaine was lovely we had a great relaxed 3 day stay thank you very much Ian and Paula

Beautiful quaint accommodation. The host, Elaine, was so helpful and lovely. My husband and I had a wonderful time away. Knowing our dog could enjoy the safe enclosed garden meant a very relaxing weekend for us. Will definitely be back! Thank you Elaine for being a wonderful host!

A cute and cozy English cottage

We loved our stay. The cottage had everything we needed. It’s in a nice countryside with a nice community, friendly people and a great pub nearby called “The Golden Lion”. Lots to do in the area and a nice landlady.

Wonderful stay - beautiful scenery , Elaine is wonderful , the public footpath lead to the river banks with fantastic views and scenery which our 2 boys loved - accommodation is well equipped. We will be back 100%

5 Star Stay

We had a great trip staying at the cottage, it was beautiful and had everything we could have possibly needed for our trip to Devon. We will definitely be booking to come and stay again. The balcony is a real treat, overlooking the large garden and farmland. Perfect for our dog who enjoyed roaming around the secure garden.

Lovely little hideaway

A delightful property; compact but with everything we needed, including a view over the garden and surrounding countryside. Secluded and very peaceful. The balcony in the morning sun was wonderful.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage in Idyllic village. Lovely walks along river Otter from doorstep. Close drive ( few miles ) to lovely places like Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth ( my favourite). Excellent host - Elaine.
