Many thanks for coming to stay, and delighted that everything was perfect for you! I am sorry that you felt that the AGA with 2 ovens, each 350mm wide, 255mm high and 495mm deep wasn't big enough!! I've cooked Christmas dinner for 18 in it, but I guess it just takes some getting used to! Each time I entered I was 'let in' on knocking, but apologies if my bringing an extra chair for your party interrupted you. Hi Devon and many thanks for coming to stay. We are sorry that stripping the beds and a quick wipe around were difficult for you as you had to leave at 0800hrs for a flight home. We sent Terms of Letting and Arrival Times and Procedures 10 days prior to your arrival and offered housekeeping daily, every second day, 3 times a week etc. so that you weren't rushed when leaving. If you had requested this service then we would have happily supplied it. Regarding recycling. We asked you to disseminate the information on the kitchen table which explained which bin was for tins and plastic, cardboard and paper, and for non-recyclable rubbish. Our bin collectors will not empty the bins if the rubbish is not in the correct bin. I spent an hour sorting the rubbish into the appropriate bin....yuk! I do apologise if the Terms of Letting and information on the kitchen table were unclear. We loved having your party here and do hope that you will come back to stay again. Kind regards Duncan

Hi and many thanks for your review. The showers are 80 x 80 and are not very large, but fairly standard. If it were possible to replace with large ones then we would probably replace. The king bed in Diana is 5 years old and used about 200 nights a year, the Sealy Orthopedic mattresses that we use are top quality and medium firm. We usually replace mattresses every 8 years in line with recommendations, but will check the one in Diana when I am in next week. Thanks so much for your feedback. The Steading cottage in the grounds of Ladywell House will be available in March 2019 giving additional accommodation for 6 in 3 bedrooms, making accommodation for 20 in total.
