This impeccable Cottage overlooks a distant Nantucket Harbor view from the second floor, and is a five minute stroll to Main Street. This gorgeously constructed cottage includes shiplap walls and ceilings of the highest quality construction throughout. Professionally decorated by Erin Deombeleg of Charlotte Hill Interiors. Central heat and air, Halogen pendent lighting, and gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Bedding with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Beautiful bathroom with marble vanity, marble floors and over sized shower. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries and dish washer and laundry detergent included. This is a beautiful property with very nice finishes and design. It was comfortable for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in Nantucket!

This is a great home to stay in Nantucket. It has everything you could possibly need, the bedding is comfy and everything was spotless. It is close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants in town but also away enough from the most crowded areas. The beach to the southeast is perfect for children; a close walk, very calm and quiet and absolutely beautiful. We appreciated the ease of communication with Theresa and her assistance on check in and check out.

What a charming and elegant place to stay in the heart of Nantucket. It is so well located with a short walk to town and the house has thoughtful details making it very comfortable. It is beautifully designed. My family of four and our two pups were so comfortable, we hated to leave the island!

A great property and a great location. It’s a cottage in a little complex of 4 cottages. Very nice and clean and bedrooms are great. Makes visiting Nantucket awesome if you plan to be out and about. One bathroom is on the first, one is the second. Nice bathrooms! Living room is cramped for 4, would be awesome for 2 people (we had 4) to lounge - overall is adequate. Backyard patio really nice but very closed in. Again this is a great location close to town and wonderful if plan to be out and about.

This was an excellent spot for my family during our recent trip to Nantucket. The location was great, and it was easy to walk into town. The property was updated and clean. Thresa was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We rented two houses next to each other, which was perfect for our family to spread out. I highly recommend this place!

The “Millie” cottage was adorable and just as pictured in the listing. Our family of 3 plus Millie the Corgi loved Theresa’s place. Located within walking distance of the downtown galleries, shops, and dining. We enjoyed all the amenities and outdoor space. The 2 full baths were a bonus ad sparkling clean. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful getaway , close to everything in walking distance which was a huge plus for us. The pictures were exactly how the cottage looked and more. We felt for our first time visiting this was the perfect coastal escape-charming peaceful and beautifully maintained. I do have to say the beds were so comfortable and the host responded quickly to all messages.We definitely would stay here again

Adorable beach cottage, walking distance to town. All the finishes and decorating touches were lovely, comfortable bedding, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms . Cozy stay which was appreciated as the spring weather turned cold, grey, and blustery and we did not get the beach and outdoor time we anticipated and spent more time indoors reading and watching movies.
