Luxury accommodation, private pools, beaches and Eden Plaza, the newly opened shopping centre that has everything from boutiques, restaurants and convenience store for your day to day grocery shopping. Food supplies open until 7 pm.
Eden Island Marina is a self-contained community with all amenities close by and car and boat rentals available. Getting around in the resort is easy as it is a motor-free vehicle zone and only buggies are allowed as a mode of transport on the island. For exploring Mahé, I would suggest that you rent a car. The buses are good and cheap but not so convenient. Car rentals are available and parking for free on the island in a garage.
Guests are welcome to use Washer and Dryer provided to do any extra washing or service on request.
For your convenience there is a safe in Bedroom 1 of the unit, please ensure that all valuables are locked away. We will not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever incurred, due to negligence. The safe door must be left open on departure.
Ensure that all doors including veranda doors are locked before leaving the unit and air-con is turned off.
This is a non-smoking unit, so please refrain from smoking in the unit. Outside on the balcony is fine.
No pets are allowed.
Refrain from making excessive noise after 11 pm in consideration of other guests/homeowners staying on Eden Island.
Golf cart to be driven on Eden Island by a licensed driver and must be driven on paths and parked in designated areas only. Any damage caused due to negligence will be deducted from the breakage deposit. None of the inventory must be removed from the premises.
Before departure the inventory will be checked and any missing items deducted from the security deposit. Ensure all the lights and air-con units are switched off. Also, ensure that all the doors of the unit are locked., when leaving the apartment.
