A lovely place to stay outside of the city. Beautiful sunrise view over the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and Suzana was very lovely to communicate with. 5/5 (:

Such a wonderful place to stay. Our host thought of every amenity a person needs to make you feel at home and was easily in touch if help was needed. A good base for daily excursions, nearby shops for last minute convenience and an unencumbered view of the Moray Firth. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous cottage, surrounding villages were easily accessible and beautiful scenery all round. The cottage suited our every need and Suzana was great with communication and making us feel comfortable and welcomed. The cottage is well situated, we were able to explore the highland and see the breath taking views.Would definitely return, we did not want to leave. Thank you Suzana.

We had a really wonderful stay at Suzana's, we love the Black Isle and have passed through Avoch many times and it was great to stay and explore Avoch as well as bird watching on the Firth outside her house. What was really nice was that she came to meet and greet at the cottage, explaining how everything worked and the Highland council bin system. It was a great deal nicer than the normal being given a key code and having located the key box fight one's way in to get at a key than k you Suzana for being such a wonderful welcoming host

Absolutely fabulous cottage and very friendly and helpful host.Thoroughly recommended for the views alone but plenty to do all around as well.We’ll be returning I’m sure!

A perfectly lovely stay at the Fisherman’s Cottage in Avoch! Ideal, beautiful beach view, all amenities were provided, a comfortable bed, easy access to the town center.

First of all this property is an absolute gem! It is extremely well kept and clean. It is actually better than in the pictures, they do not do it justice. Suzana is a great host very friendly and gives you a very thorough introduction to the property and how everything works. I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend a visit, the location is idyllic! Again a highly recommended property!

Great little cottage !

The hostess, Suzana was very friendly and informative. The cottage was quiet and central to so many sites. It was well equipped, wonderful views to the water. We loved it and would happily stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay here. The house was super clean and had more than enough of all the supplies. No need to run to the store to get extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap, or anything like that. The washer was clean and worked very well. WiFi very fast. Suzana was fantastic and gave us a great overview of the property when we checked in. This was a great opportunity to stay in an authentic 200 year old fishing cottage in the Black Isle. Views of the Firth are great from every room of the house. It’s right outside the front door. We will stay here again if back in the area. Highly recommend this property for a great authentic experience for your family.

Great cottage

Great cottage and location for exploring the black isle and beyond. The cottage is very well looked after and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Would heartily recommend.

A sublime piece of paradise

Suzana’s cottage by the sea is just superb. My twin and I stayed for a week, and would have been happy to live there forever.
