This new contemporary villa of 120 M2 will welcome you the time of your stay in Var. Located in a quiet area and not far from the sea (2 km), you can take the time to live and relax in the garden lulled by the singing of cicadas lying on your deckchair or stalled in the hammock. The pool, very nice when it is hot, will welcome you for your swimming and the barbecue available to you will allow you to prepare grilled the time of a lunch in the shade.

The villa is fenced and is accessed by a gated driveway with an electric gate .You can park up to 3 cars in front of the entrance.
Ideally located close to the beach, restaurants and the forest where you can do hiking, an equi-club is also a 10 minute walk. A tree climbing course in Coudoulière the Park and the Park of the Mediterranean are a 5 minute drive cycle .Pistes front of the house. Aqualand 30 minutes by car. The islands of Porquerolles and Levant, Giens 45 minutes by car or daily departure by boat to the pier in the port of Sanary-sur-mer. The evening craft market is held every night from 20 pm to 1 am, from 1 July to 31 August.
The typical Provencal village of Castellet and the creeks of Cassis is about 45 minutes by car.
