This charming apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and it is located on the top floor of a 3 apartment building reformed in 2015, in the historical area of Mouraria close to Rossio/Baixa. The apartment is 25m2 and has two floors.



The 25m2 apartment has two floors. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a single sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi internet, and a smart TV. On the top floor, there is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. The apartment has big windows facing the typical Largo da Achada and a lot of light.



The Mouraria neighbourhood is famous for its traditional folklore, including the characteristic Varina's, fish sellers, and Fado music. It has good access to transportation (subway, bus, and tram) and it is close to local shops (restaurants, bars, groceries, fado houses etc) and car parking. You can feel the daily heartbeat of Lisbon in this lively area, filled with history, colourful facades, and beautiful monuments.

Beautiful Maisonette-Apartment

Hip Location

The apartment is in a great location on a small square in the artistic Alfama district. My husband and I loved this cool location and walked everywhere in the city! O Velho Eurico restaurant is right around the corner! We lucked out getting a last minute reservation online!!! We love Lisbon and this spot was perfect!

Perfect place in Lisbon

My wife and I stayed here in Lisbon. It was right in the perfect location, and the amenities were great. Very clean and comfortable. Tiny space but worked out wonderfully for us! Would definitely recommend!

Great find, highly recommended

Excellent accommodation, compact & well designed, great location, spotlessly clean. We loved it and hope to go back soon. The WiFi was a bit intermittent.

Hidden Gem

My new husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon and it was the perfect space for us. The location was incredible, tucked away in a beautiful courtyard and just steps away from a wonderful street filled with great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was a great bonus on those hot summer days in Lisbon.

Good on-budget stay in a great area

This top floor unit in Alfama was pretty great for my wife and I. We found the location to be excellent, and the unit was very bright and well kept. Alfama is a beautiful place to explore and you're very close to some great amenities! Considering its proximity to bars, it's also surprisingly quiet at night and in the morning. On the less positive side, the bathroom is TINY. even for European standards. If you are a larger person in general you might have a hard time in this space. Just a heads up there. The upstairs loft is similarly tight and a challenge to move around. Overall this was a great place to stay and would recommend it to most!!

The flat was clean and in a desirable walkable location. There were many restaurants close by. The unit had AC which helped in the hot summer months. Be aware that there are steep stairs to get in and out of the 1st floor units.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Molto comoda la posizione e l'appartamento nuovo e ben tenuto. Letto comodo e cuscini comodi. Umido a causa del maltempo. Era presente solo un termosifone portatile al piano superiore mentre al piano inferiore non c'era nulla e faceva molto freddo e si sentiva l'umidità. Ne avrei messo un termosifone anche al piano inferiore oppure un condizionatore che fosse in grado di fare anche aria calda.

angenehmer Aufenthalt

Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Beschreibungen und Fotos entsprachen der Realität. Das Apartment war sauber und hell. Lage: Vom Apartment sind sowohl die Altstadt Alfama, als auch das Viertel Bairro Alto zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da in der Anzeige mit einem tiny-Apartment geworben wurde, darf auch genau das erwartet werden. Insbesondere Toilette/Dusche sind sehr eng und klein. War für mich aber völlig OK. Da ich alleine gereist bin, habe ich das Apartment größtenteils zum ausruhen und schlafen genutzt. positiv zu erwähnen: - ErsteHilfe Kasten - USB-Hub in beiden Etagen negativ: - wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Klamotten und Hygieneartikel (war für mich aber auch OK) Fazit: Wie bereits erwähnt, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Ich würde das Maisonette-Apartment wieder buchen.

Lissabon erleben

Nach dem wir bei unserer Ankunft zunächst Probleme mit dem Zugangscode hatten( dieses wurde jedoch augenblicklich während unseres Telefonats mit der Agentur gelöst),haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Fußläufig war alles sehr gut zu erreichen sowohl Restaurant, Geschäfte einige Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch Bus und Bahnen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Appartamento ottimo

Appartamento molto carino, pulito e in ottima posizione, il quartiere ci è piaciuto molto, tranquillo e in posizione vicina a mezzi di trasporto e comoda per raggiungere tutto il centro della città a piedi. Ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare una spugna nuova per i piatti, il detersivo, e tutte le cose essenziali per cucinare, come sale, pepe, zucchero, e carta assorbente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e ci tornerei subito! Personalmente toglierei i tappeti e i cuscini decorativi che risultano un punto più critico per la pulizia degli ambienti, comunque il livello di pulizia era molto buono, questa è solo una valutazione personale. Il bagno risulta stretto, ma comunque è funzionale per un soggiorno di pochi giorni/1 settimana.

Studio agréable et très bien situé

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sergio, qui parle très bien français et qui nous a expliqué le plan de Lisbonne, avec les immanquables à visiter et les bons plans. L'appartement (studio) est exigu mais convient parfaitement pour 2 personnes souhaitant visiter la ville sur quelques jours. Appartement propre avec décoration neutre et soignée. Il est très bien situé (à côté de la place du Rossio). Séjour très agréable dans la jolie ville de Lisbonne et ses alentours. Je recommande ! We were very well received by Sergio , who speaks very good French and who explained the map of Lisbon , with the inevitable to visit and tips . The apartment (studio) is small but perfectly suitable for 2 people wishing to visit the city on some days. Apartment clean with neutral decor and neat. It is very well located (near Rossio ) . very pleasant stay in the beautiful city of Lisbon and its surroundings. I recommend !
