BEST VACATION EVER!

This house was beautiful and the management company was very helpful and prompt. The property was really clean and the check-in was super smooth. The heated pool is a must from now on!! We had not been to OBX in 20 years, but I think the stay has really changed how we feel about making this an annual visit.

Stayed at Seaglass several times now

We really enjoy this house. It's matches our family needs very well. They did a great job of making it safe and clean with all that is going on now. We felt very safe and comfortable. All the staff are great especially Lee in the office she is above and beyond helpful and always available to answer any questions we might have during our stay. Our family really enjoys this house and we will be back again next year.

Great Beach House

Lovely beach house with lots of room and great amenities. Quick walking distance to the beach. Only negative is the carpet in the family is really dirty which is a shame because the rest of the house is so great.Ten family members in our party and everyone had a great time, grandkids, kids and grandparents! Wonderful trip and an awesome house.

Location and amenities of property were great. Only drawback was cleanliness, carpeting, throw rugs, even furniture was badly soiled. Response to maintenance was excellent. Owner needs to clean up.

The house was great. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the house felt like a home. The pool and hot tub were great as well. I had to call for maintenance for a small issue and they were impressively responsive! I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it!

Wonderful OBX home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - this property really has it all. 4 master bedrooms, kids' rooms, large kitchen and living room areas, elevator - the entire layout of the house is great. The communication between the rental company was efficient and informative. The only issue we had was with the TV (cable went out at one point), and the maintenance team was quick to fix it. We will be back again!

Nice stay

I’d have to say we had a few bumps from a ceiling leak in basement - getting stuck in elevator and hot tub taking awhile to heat up but management company was very attentive. Kitchen was rather sparse and more like dollar store pots/pans and utensils. Overall nice house and enjoyed our family time.

Seaglass

Have rented the house 4 years now, nice place, close walk to the beach some items are getting dated. The air broke on the 3rd floor while we were there, lost 1 day to repairs on that but they came out quickly, 2nd floor air not working very well either, units are dated and probably need replaced. Living room furniture is dated and stained and needs replaced as does the dirty ripped rug under it especially for a shore advantage home. House stocked well, clean no bugs. Would rent again. Needs a new grill also and arcade game still broken 4 years later.

Our stay

We enjoyed the family time together. Great weather and loved the location. Home is nice and accommodating for our family. We got immediate responses with any concerns. Would just ask they get the home checked out for the 2nd floor air conditioning. One room stayed 83 degrees the whole week. No air coming out of floor vent. Would rent again if those issues are fixed. For now we have selected another home in the neighborhood for next year.

Great house, clean and new sofa and other new updates dates such as TV's. Already rented again next year. Arcade game is broken maintenance came but could not fix it. Electric panel is hanging out of the wall needs to be fixed. You have a beautiful new sofa, need to get rid of the old stained area rug next to it. Overall still a 5.

Great rental with a few hiccups

Overall this was a clean and visitor-friendly property, There were a few problems though. Neither of the two icemakers were working. The propane tank at the grill was empty. The garbage cans were full on arrival, and the pots and pans looked like they were horribly abused. I made contact with the rental organization for reimbursement of the propane tank and pans we had to buy but never heard back.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your recent vacation at this beautiful home! Again, if you will just send us the receipts for your purchases, we will happily reimburse you! If you had notified us of these issues before Thursday of your vacation, we would have absolutely corrected these problems immediately. We do hope that you were able to enjoy your vacation and the wonderful weather that we had last week!
