This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home that sleeps six, with room for additional people if needed, is available for weekly rentals. Completely furnished with full kitchen amenities, outdoor BBQ grill, and internet access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the deck or in the enclosed porch. There is great fishing, swimming and boating on this private 70 acre all sports lake with easy access to major freeways. Many restaurants nearby for a night out.

Fun and Awesome Vacation

Thank you Lynn and John for our stay! It was a beautiful getaway with family. The lake was a refreshing swim! We enjoyed venturing over to Mill Pond Park and Kensington Metropark. Fantastic restaurants in the area along with staying in for some bbqs!

Great Lake House

A comfortable lake house with access to swimming out front and a nice yard out back for the kids to play. The house has all the basics and comfortable spaces to play games, watch TV or chat. The lake is shallow for about 25 feet from shore so our 5 year old was very comfortable playing in the water and practicing his swimming. A lovely time was has by all three generations.

Fun at the lake

We had a wonderful time, as did our local family who came to visit. The owners were communicative and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location; needs some TLC

The location is excellent. The homeowners are friendly. The home could use some attention and care to make it customer or guest ready. The problem isn’t that it’s dated—more so it could use some refreshes to overlooked details.

Had a wonderful time!

The place was fairly unusual in that it looked better than in the photos. Some things are dated, but everything is in excellent shape and clean. The master is huge with a beautiful view. The living room has two full-size couches, a loveseat and an arm chair. Since we had 5 adults, this was particularly nice as everyone had a comfortable place to sit. Would definitely come back.

Lakehouse getaway

Extremely pleasant property with direct lake access. Friendly homeowners and neighbors, all within 5 minutes of shopping, for those last minute or forgotten items. Home has plenty of features and is updated with wifi, LCD tv and many extras. Highly recommend this property!

Disappointed

Long story short homeowners did not make much effort to make renters feel welcome. House was dirty, disorganized & in need of some major TLC. I should have read between the lines in other reviews. My mistake but would not rent it again.

Great Spot

My Dad, Brother and Cousin came up from South Carolina to fish in the area for a long weekend and Lynn's home on the lake provided a perfect home base. While we were only at the house in the late afternoon/evenings we very much enjoyed the porch and late evening sunsets. The house slept 4 adults very comfortably and a coupe extra children could squeeze in no problem. Thanks again Lynn! -Dun

NICE PLACE

We especially liked the upstairs deck overlooking the lake, but shaded with trees. Beautiful location to enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset.

Perfect

Excellent experience! This property was the perfect thing for our family gathering. We had a great time fishing from the pier and exploring the area. Nearby restaurants and grocery store made this place very convenient. Sitting outside on the deck or by the fire pit, looking at the beautiful lake, was so relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place.
