Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to wide walkable beach. Short drive to historic Fernandina Beach attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Never made it to the beach and racket club - maybe next time!

Property was just as listed if not better! Could not beat the beachside location and amenities (two pools, exercise room, tennis). Check in/out process and communication with the host was easy and straightforward. We hope to be back!

The host is top notch. Great communication. The view was great. Very clean overall. Sailmaker is one of my top picks for staying on Amelia. The boardwalk is very accommodating for a fisherman like me. No stairs. Allows pushing a beach cart without having to carry up and down stairs or unload and reload after stairs. I highly recommend this unit. The owner was very nice and helpful with suggestions on dining and other activities on the island.

Great stay for our family!

Our family enjoyed our stay as we were close to a number of family friendly activities! We loved being steps away from the beach and sitting on the back patio listening to the ocean while enjoying our morning coffee. The property is quiet and nicely appointed.

The condo itself is in good condition. The gym covers all the basics. The boardwalk to the beach was also in good shape. For groceries the Harris Teeter is very close. For dining out we primarily went into Fernandina which is 15-20min drive depending on traffic.

Great place with a beautiful view!

Great condo in a private area. Beautiful ocean views with bonus Gopher Tortoise sightings galore. Easy access to beach and short drive to downtown Fernandina with many great restaurants even nearby.

Lovely two story oceanfront condo. Nice central location. Listening to the waves is always one of my favorite things while relaxing on the balcony, enjoying a meal in the condo or drifting off to sleep. It was an easy walk to a beautiful beach. The tortoises were active and cute to see in the dunes. Amelia Island is a beautiful place and we hope to come back soon.

Family trip

Spent 5 nights at Amelia. Location and views were perfect, close to beach and pool. The community pool was the perfect break from the sun because it was covered by trees and the water was cool. Enjoyed our time!
