Perfect for making new memories! With 18 Ocean Place you deal with us, the owner directly. This is not an investor property rented by a management company, this is our second home. We think you’ll agree the difference is noticeable in the quality of furnishings and the care we take maintaining the unit, and in making it comfortable and inviting.

Our guests will enjoy an experience that is better than other vacation rentals. This is our personal vacation home that we enjoy sharing with others. Our condo is kept extremely clean and we will work hard to make sure you have a wonderful, fun, and relaxing visit to 18 Ocean Place. You will appreciate free gated parking, free wifi, and no resort fees!

There are two bedrooms and two newly renovated full bathrooms in this spacious and comfortable condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed and quality linens. The mattress is high quality and very comfortable! The bedroom faces the ocean and opens to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Both bathrooms are recently remodeled. The bathrooms are clean, bright, and luxurious..

The new, large kitchen is fully appointed with top of the line appliances, cabinets and countertops. There is a tile back splash and under-cabinet lighting that brightly illuminates the quartz waterfall countertop. Everything is here for you to make a picnic lunch for the beach, or for a gourmet cook to prepare a fine meal. The kitchen opens across a breakfast bar to the dining room which boasts a large table and seating for six. Enjoy conversation or watch TV on the new 65" HDTV in the spacious living room. The seating is comfortable and the view of the waves unsurpassed.

The Ritz-Carlton property surrounds this condo. The hotel building is next door, just 100 footsteps away. The Ritz-Carlton has used our condo many times for their guests when they needed overflow accommodations. Owners are wonderful. They invested in high quality furniture, kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, specialty items, sharp knives, comfortable beds, sheets, blankets, pillows, beach equipment and they were responsive to our inquiries and requests. In short, they created an environment of caring for our outcome. The only hiccup: an insensitive cleaning supervisor, on our departure, who should be ‘educated’ to older folks limitations on speed).

The entire experience was 5 star! I spent a lot of time researching vacation home options in Amelia Island and if you are reading this review and on the fence about where to stay, this place is it. The hosts were super responsive and everything was very clean. We had the best vacation. The views and location of this condo can’t be beat. We definitely plan on returning!

Wonderful Place on the Beach

We travel to Amelia Island a couple of times a year and this condo is easily the nicest place we’ve stayed at. It has now become our go-to home away from home in north Florida!

Perfect accommodations!

The condo was in pristine condition, very well equipped with everything you’d need for a perfect beach vacation! I’d definitely book it again and the owners were on top of every detail prior to and during our stay. I highly recommend!!!

Wonderful location

Really enjoyed our stay in this outstanding condo. The views of the ocean were spectacular and was a very short walk to the beach and to the Ritz next door Brad and Aimee were the most attentive and responsive owners we have ever dealt with. We highly recommend this home

Great holiday escape

A beautifully furnished condo on the beach and next to the Ritz Carlton. Great balcony/covered porch. Perfect for sunrises and breakfasts. The owners were great! Like staying at a friend's beach escape.

Great place!!

Very well appointed condo with beautiful views and large balcony. It was wonderful being right next to the Ritz Carlton and all the dining options there. We walked on the beach which is lovely. The host was very, very thoughtful and engaged, the beds were comfortable and the unit well maintained and clean.

Summer Getaway

Great weekend!

Some of our family stayed at this condo during our son's wedding weekend. It was a perfect location for all the events going on at The Ritz during the weekend! The condo was so clean and comfortable and we hope to be back to vacation again sometime!

When we decided to buy a vacation home we knew this was the best spot in Florida, and along the east coast. We love the restaurants and shops plus all the outdoor activities in the area. We also enjoy a quieter day reading a book while sitting on the beach or our private balcony.

The building is located next door to The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island and this provides easy access to many of their amenities. This just enhances the already great experience you'll have at our condo. We love to walk over in the evening for dinner. Your family will enjoy making memories on this beautiful part of the island.
