Almost too good to be true!!! 3 story 2300 square foot condo with walk out patio to lower pool. Upper pool at complex is just a few steps away with gorgeous views of the ocean. Wooden path leads you right to the ocean with direct access into a diver's dream world. Enjoy snorkeling, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding or just take a refreshing dip in the ocean, all equipment available for rent with property manager. If interested, scuba diving lessons can be arranged as well. For your convenience, there are outdoor showers and a rinsing station for scuba gear. Discounted tanks and weights are available 24/7 for guests. One of the best offshore dive sites on the island. Only a five-minute drive to world famous Seven Mile Beach!!! Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are available on our patio to take to the beach. Grocery store and Liquor store just down the road. Many famous restaurants within the West Bay Area. 20-minute drive from Owen Robert's International Airport. Guests receive a 10% discount when booking any water related activities through Stingray WaterSports!

First floor - Open concept with fully outfitted kitchen, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Powder room, dining area and comfortable living room with a 55 inch flat screen tv (DVDs, books, board games available for use). Sliding doors open onto patio and lower pool.

Second floor- 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a twin. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and there is a washing machine and dryer on this level.

Third floor- King size bed and a twin bed, flat screen tv, full bath and large walk in closet.

Condo is stocked with 2 rolls toilet paper each bathroom and hand soap to start you off. Please bring along your essential toiletries. Laundry detergent not provided.

Great location for snorkeling

Enjoyed the condo. Every room was spacious and clean. One pool directly outside our patio door and the other pool with a view of the Ocean. Loved the ability to snorkel just off property. Food and attraction s across the street.

Fantastic Spot for a Friends' Trip

This was a great spot for our girls friend trip, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed—definitely a huge plus. The 3.5 bathrooms were exactly what we needed, making it easy for everyone to get ready without feeling cramped.While you do need a car while staying here, it was easy to drive into town. Plus, there were a couple restaurants/bars within walking distance, which was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the entire place was very comfortable and inviting.Highly recommend this place for a group trip—would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation

We had an absolute wonderful time in Michele's condo. There was plenty of space for all six of us to spread out. The pools were amazing and warm. Met many owners who gave great information for places to eat and things to do. Had an issue with the grill, but Michele took care of it immediately. Only thing I would tell people is to bring their own pillows as the ones provided in the condo were really flat. Other than that, everything was awesome. The condo is exactly as puctured. We will definitely book here again.

Wonderful vacation

My husband and I traveled to Grand Cayman with our son and family which included 3 teenage girls. “Best Vacation Ever” was announced by one of our grand daughters! That is a vacation to remember!! The second floor was perfect for their family. Having the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor made washing suits and towels easier. We took a short drive daily to find a new beach. Lots of parking available. Enjoyed the patio, pool and walking to local restaurants. Sting Ray City charter with Duncan and rode horses with Coral Stone Stables. Dolphin Discovery was a short walk and everyone loved it. Thank you Michelle for sharing your condo! new beach

Great stay in West Bay

A nicely-appointed condo in a great location. Well-kept grounds in a peaceful setting, away from the Seven Mile crowds but close enough to beaches and good restaurants. And across the street from the Turtle Center: can’t go wrong.

Best Location on the Island

We had an amazing stay at Michele's condo. There was tons of space for our family. Our children really enjoyed the pools and we enjoyed the amazing shore diving. Duncan the property manager was fantastic - we booked him for a boat tour and he took us to some 'locals only' type spots - we had the best time.

Fantastic stay in West Bay!

We had a fantastic stay. Great unit with everything we needed. Very clean. Everyone was super responsive but we had no major issues. If I had one minor thing may be that the beds are firm and could use an upgrade, but everything was really fantastic. We were divers so we used the dive shop by Macabuca Restaurant. The group did shore dives and snorkeling right from the restaurant. There are convenient dunk tanks at the end of the road as well as a ladder to get in the water. The pool is right outside your door. We rented a car and drove all around the Island. I highly recommend this unit! Michele the owner was excellent and very communicative.

Great condo complex for privacy

Our family rented two condos at coconut bay. Our condo was great! Everything we needed for relaxing trip. Diving from the shore down the ladder was super convenient. Thanks for a great setup to meet all of our needs.

Excellent place to stay, great location

Awesome location close to everything. Condo is immaculately clean. Great spot if you like to dive. Close to the Cracked Conch, Turtle Farm, and Dolphins. Only a short drive to the beach

Fabulous condo and property owner

We had one our most enjoyable vacations ever due to Michele and the property manager. The condo is beautiful and strategically located to great restaurants and water activities. Beautiful relaxing vacation

The property worked great for our family. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Beaches and other activities and restaurants were a short drive a way and the pools on site were a great way to relax at the end of the day.a beautiful place. Hope to come back again someday!

Nice, clean place...out of the way

Beautiful and spacious condo. Nicely appointed and comfortable. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. Would definitely choose this location again for future visit! Hassle-free check in, check out. Grounds are clean, and great access to beautiful sunsets. You'll love it!!!

Group of 6 friends , 5 divers.

As a group we were more than pleased with unit 104 Coconut Bay. The place is very clean , tastefully decorated and well equipped Hepps Reef accessible from the shore has an abundance of fish and healthy coral. Location was good 15-20 minutes from Georgetown by car. Private pool for units well maintained and grounds well kept.

Great Big Condo in Great Condition in Great Location!

Loved our stay. Condo is huge and well constructed. Pool right outside your sliding glass door. Not on the sandy beach, but we just drove down the road a bit and got on Seven Mile anytime we wanted. Also the complex manager has a watersports business so he (Duncan) will set you up with scuba gear, training, boat rides to the stingrays, etc - even gives a discount if you stay in the complex. Just a perfect place!!

This condo is excellent for the large family. It's very clean and tidy. We had a great time staying at the unit. The property manager was out during our stay. The owner, Michelle is very responsive and took care of the things immediately. I definitely recommend this to the large family to stay. 👍👏

Great for diving!

This property met our needs for our dive trip and for that we would all say it’s perfect! And while the condo itself checked all the boxes it was just alittle underwhelming. Within in the community this particular property is not on the ocean or even have an ocean view…which is slightly misleading from the pictures. There are two sets of condos each with a pool and this is the smaller one of the two more inland. The patio space is quite small but worked for our family of five and we especially loved it for all our scuba gear. O2 tanks onsite and the property manager was very kind and helpful! We all agreed that the beds were what took away a star…they just really were cheap and uncomfortable with just a bedspread and no blanket or comforter. Things like new bedding, towels and decor could go a long way here. Having said that…I get it because it’s a rental, just know what you’re getting…it’s not a high end condo. Fortunately we were there for the diving which didn’t disappoint!! Shore diving right off the property and along this stretch of island was great…night dives were also excellent! So if you’re going for the divingENJOY!!!

Our stay at this beautiful property sadly came to an end today. As I’m sitting back at home in 45* rainy weather, I am reminiscing on the memories our small family made this past week. Our two adult children joined us on this trip. We had more than enough room in the house. We loved the outside area, including the pools, gazebo, coral area out front-Wow!!! Right down the street we walked to Macabuca several times, and then journeyed to the Dolphin Center and the Turtle Center. The sunsets are amazing right in the backyard! We hope to return to Grand Cayman one day and would love to stay at Coconut Bay.

We could not have been happier with the whole process of booking and staying at Coconut Bay. Michelle, the host, was most helpful in navigating the hassles of planning with Covid still in play. What started as a Christmas getaway turned out to be an Easter stay. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay-fully stocked kitchen, dishes, beach towels, outdoor grill. The on site manager was very helpful setting up water gear and water adventures. All in all a great place to stay!!!

Awesome Experience

Just got home from Grand Cayman. This condo is very well kept, and very spacious. The best thing was that we were close to grocery store and 7 mile beach. The two pools in this condo were awesome and covered with lush greens to offer shade during the hot day. Snorkeling right out front was as good as any tours. Everyone in the condo was helpful especially Graham the neighbor to the left and Duncan the condo manager. Highly recommend. Also nice to have the laundry to be able dry towels and rinse swimsuits thru the week.

Coconut Bay Villas in West Bay

The three story townhouse unit was wonderful! My husband and I brought our son, his wife and their 3 teens to Grand Cayman for spring break. The condo was very clean and accommodated all of us very well. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glasses we needed. It was a quick drive to the grocery store and down town George Town. We snorkeled a few steps away from our unit and enjoyed the pool right outside our patio. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. We absolutely loved the place and are already talking about returning in the future. I highly recommend this facility.

Perfect for Divers

Loved this property! Well situated and spacious, this town home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for the 5 adults in our party. It was clean, and incleplenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was well appointed, and furnished everything you needed to cook meals. The grounds were beautiful. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chaise lounges and tables/chairs. Sunset viewing from the beach every evening was great. Excellent location - buses available to go anywhere on the Island. Turtle Farm and Dolphin Show a short walk away. Next door to an excellent restaurant. I also have to say the people staying there in other units were lovely. Nice community feel. What a great experience. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Girl's Getaway

Our trip to Grand Cayman was amazing and the location of the property was ideal for our week long girl's getaway. It was far enough away from busy 7 Mile Beach, but close enough for us to enjoy the best parts of the area. The short walk to Macabuca and Cracked Conch was an added bonus. The only issue we had with the unit was that the property was not cleaned well, some starter items we expected were not there and a few of the tubs didn't drain properly. When Curly stopped to check on things he quickly took care of the issues and even scrubbed the grill which we used many times over the week. Thanks also to Curly for introducing us to Captain Shaun Ebanks who provided us with a private boat tour of Stingray City, Coral Gardens and Starfish Point after the cruise ship crowds had left. I would definitely return to this property in the future.

We purchased this unit in the fall of 2015 in the hopes that our children will continue a beautiful family tradition that holds many memories of love, happiness and good times in our hearts! It is a special place to our family and we hope that you fall in love with Grand Cayman too!!

We chose this property because we love what the West Bay Area has to offer. The proximity to world famous Seven Mile Beach, off shore diving, great restaurants and so much to do in this area. There are nearby supermarkets, drug stores, liquor stores and duty free shopping. You can walk to restaurants, rent bicycles, go horse back riding, swim with the dolphins, enjoy the Turtle Farm and even visit a car museum!!

This condo complex is unique in the amount of living space it has to offer especially if travelling with 2 families. The open concept living space and 3 1/2 baths really make sharing this space easy. The view of the lower pool from this unit is helpful for families vacationing with young children. The choice of having 2 different pools to swim in is also a fun feature for kids! Gazebos at both pools offer shade when a break is needed from the sun.
